Our hotel's downtown Indianapolis location is ideal. Our Romanesque revival-style hotel features 273 guestrooms, Pullman's Restaurant & Lounge and over 50,000 sq ft of meeting space. We're best known for our 26 authentic Pullman traincar guestrooms named & decorated after prominent personalities from the early 1900's. Nothing special but pretty good

Very helpful staff but the biggest downfall was the difficulty I had in sleeping with the train station that is next to the ... hotel. The room was average overall. It was close to everything downtown. The menu at the restaurant and bar could have been better.

Great trip - had a carriage pick us up for a downtown tour before dinner at St. Elmo's...great steaks! Hotel was clean, nice ... and quiet. Our room was pretty and romantic.

Very unique "destination" hotel. Very close to Canal district with endless tourist attractions and restaurants, I have lived ... 1 hour away from downtown Indy and have never known of so many interesting place to go.

We had a great time. The staff were very attentive and courteous. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel can be ... noisy at times due to the trains. There were also many children staying at the hotel so if you want a quiet romantic getaway this hotel may not be for you.

This hotel was AWESOME! It takes you back in time! The ghost statues thruout the hotel gave you a feeling of being there when ... Union Station was active. We stayed in the railroad cars, which was really unique. Even tho the rooms were narrow, due to being an original traincar.. there was still room to hang your clothes in the closet and they also provided a suitcase stand. Was nice to have the refrigerater to keep cold drinks in. The location was great... within walking distance of downtown, restaurants, and historic sites. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and plan on going back again sometime!

we were very pleased with Crown Plaza Hotel. They way they were tied into Union Station and all the train atmosphere was ... terrific for all ages. Everything was clean and comfortable, any questions about the hotel to where we wanted to go in Indianapolis were answered with complete knowledge. It was just such an interesting building to walk thru and examine. We will definitely stay there again.

The room had a strong odor to it.No mini refridge or microwave in room.The restaurant closed at 10 p.m. on sat night we ... checked in at 10 p.m. and had to go out and look for food.They charged me addition 20.00 to park in garage,no parking for hotel guests!The room was clean.Breakfast was good.

If you like trains, this is the hotel for you. Union Station is a working facility. I chose a pullman car room, and when ... the trains come in, you get the sensation that you are actually moving...rolling along the tracks!! The room was nicely appointed and reminescent of old world luxury travel. I will stay there again on my next trip.

Trains coming through in the evening made sleeping a little rough at times. Interesting lay-out on hotel. Close enough to a ... number of restaurants to make dinning easy. Hotel was not memorable but was also not a dive. Would probably stay again if the price was right.
