The front desk service was fantastic. We had a question about directions and they were able to help right away. Check-in and ... out was quick and easy.

the hotel was just as promised---clean, comfortable, simple, good jacuzzi, and a great location at a great price. We were out ... and about most of the time and I didn't want to pay for unnecessary extras. The staff was friendly and helpful too.

The hotel was nice and so was the staff. Only thing we had issues with was getting things for the room. We had a coffepot and ... the lid was missing and so I requested a replacement they said they were on it not so much. The indication was to put towels on the floor for replacement so we did. They took att the towels and did not replace them until I asked for them. Not big deals at all but just issues. The room and the staff were all real nice and for the money a great place in Indy.

Very nice place, pool COLD!

The room was just the right size. A comfortable king bed that my wife and I shared with our 4 year old daughter. Our 12 year ... old son slept on the sofa bed, and our 4 month old son slept in his pack-n-play. The location for us was just right. Immediately off the interstate, but no traffic noise. Only 8 minutes from our destination. The pool area was nice, however, the pool was too cold for our kids to enjoy. That was the main reason for choosing this hotel, and the kids could not be in the pool for more than a minute. Other than the hypothermia my kids suffered, it was a great place to stay.

The staff was very nice and accomodating. The evening we arrived the hotel was booked and we did not get the double bed room ... we originally asked for but the staff was quick to give us free breakfast which was not in our package and toiletries as well as some items from the market place. Everyone we encountered was very courtious and the room was always well made up when we returned.

The pool was nice, the room was clean but small. While i was getting ready in the morning my air conditioner stopped working ... and never turned back on, so I was sweating while blow drying my hair. The alarm clock made a noise every hour or so all night long and woke me up, but the kids slept through it so it could have been worse. Staff was very friendly.

NOT A RESIDENCE INN

THEY SHOW THE ROOM WITH A BREAKFAST BUT THEN THEY CHARGE YOU $9.95 IF YOU WANT IT. THIS IS NOT A RESIDENCE INN. THE ROOM WAS ... SUPPOSED TO COME WITH A $20.00 TARGET CARD, WE RECIEVED IT BUT IT TOOK TILL THE NEXT DAY FOR THE HOTEL TO FIGURE IT OUT.

Our boys enjoyed the pool here! The breakfast buffet was not worth the $10.00 per person they advertise. We had a promotion ... so we did not pay that much. There were no vending machines so our kids were disappointed with that and the fact the snacks they had downstairs were way overpriced.

The room was very clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional. The hotels location was close to my ... destination and was in a nice area of town. The overall experience was very smooth and professional which in turn made for a very pleasurable stay.

Our son is in a wheelchair. The first room they gave us did not have a second bed but they were VERY helpfull in making sure ... we got the room that worked the best for our situation. The staff was very friendly every time we talked to them. We are very satisfied.

After Surgery Stay

The hotel is very near several hospitals. I had some outpatient surgery which required me to stay nearby. The doctor was ... able to stop by the hotel to check on me over the course of 2 days. I needed to stay an extra day, and the staff took care of it very quickly, and without a fuss. I had to eat a frozen meal, heated in the downstairs microwave, but other than that, the stay was very good. I have used this hotel for business purposes previously and since it is close to our corp. offices, it is in a great location.
