Nicer than some destination hotels
After a long week of staying with relatives, we wanted a place to repack our luggage and be close to the airport for an early flight. I was blown away by how nice the rooms were! Spacious and immaculately clean!. I wish we could have stayed longer. I have stayed at many destination resorts that were not this nice.

Luxury at a great price.
This hotel was far more luxurious than I expected for a Comfort Inn & Suites. The signage to find the hotel is poor-just a small sign with "CS" on it.

Indy Weekend
Checked in right at 3pm, very quick process and was in my room quickly. The clerks were thorough and friendly, room was very spaceous and quiet. My only question is when you're staying 1 night and check out is 11am why do the maids insist on rapping on your door at 9am??? Otherwise great stay, nice hotel.

Park and Fly
The hotel was very clean. Our main purpose of staying at the hotel was so that we could park our car and use the hotel shuttle to catch an early morning flight out of the Indy airport. Everything we had read stated that this hotel was a "park and fly" facility. We were quite surprised when we checked in and were told we had to pay an additional $5.00 for each night the car would remain at the hotel. I was informed by the manager that [...] or any similar site did not book "park and fly" rooms. I was told by the desk clerk that we had paid the :park and fly" rate but that made no difference to the manager. After checking into the room, we noticed that there was a price list for each item in the room and a statement that said any missing items would be billed to the guest. There are too many facilities around the Indianapolis airport to stay than to ever stay there again.Staff was great but the manager ruined the stay.

Comfort Suites in Plainfield, IN
This hotel is pretty new and you can tell. It is very clean and very nice and I got a great price on a huge room. There were plenty of pillows and the king size bed was very comfortable. The 42" flat screen tv was also great. The only down side was in the online advertisement there was a jucuzzi in the living room but when I checked in my room did not have one. The online pictures were a little confusing but other than that the room and hotel were great. The biggest room I've ever stayed in.
