It was ok experience. Staff was helpful . But needs some extra cleanliness. The covers had burnt marks. I had 3 nights reservation but I preferred to leave early and get a permanent accommodation.If you can afford and can avoid it ..you could have better choices!

Nice clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Conteniental breakfast was O.K. waffle maker quit working. Only complaint was a little noisy in the morning from other quest running water, opening and closing doors,etc. Over-all good stay.

Worst experience ever. We told them we would be checking in late, around 8pm, and they ok'd that. When we arrived, the room we were given wasn't cleaned from the previous guest. There was construction going on, which we were not warned about. Room keys had to be reprogrammed 3 times. All elevators were shut down at the same time. There was NEVER the same person at the desk whenever we walked by. And the staff was not helpful at all. Their resolution to our problems, after contacting headquarters, was to check out and find another hotel, at 8:00 at night, and they wouldn't charge us for that night. After not accepting that, they said they would give us a 20% discount on 1 night's stay, a whopping $14. Oh, and all these problems occurred within less than 24 hours!!!

The location was great but the hotel is old and needs updates and renovations. The bathroom is not very clean and towels/wash cloths are very worn. Overall, for the base price, customers deserve better.

Stayed at this hotel because we needed a cheap place to spend the night and the location was perfect. Had a continental breakfast which was nice and staff was very friendly. Great hotel if you are looking for something nice and simple, nothing extravagent. Unfortunately it was too cold for use to use the pool, but it looked nice! The only thing I regret is that I payed an extra 20$ by booking this hotel on orbit insted of just calling them on my own to make the reservation, big mistake! We ended up paying 74 after taxes insted of 54 after taxes.

While we were down there my firend and I went to Dave and Busters. I would say it's about 5-10 miles away. Had a blast!!! We did some great shopping as well. It was nice to lay out next to pool in the back of the building. It seems very seclued and private. The staff greeted us everytime they saw us. I would stay here again.

When arriving as scheduled, the check-in process was a breeze. After being in the room for about an hour, my daughter decided to take a shower. We let the hot water run for over 30 minutes with it never getting hotter than lukewarm. I went to the desk to report the issue & was then notified that the boiler had been out all day & the repairmen had just left; they thought it was fixed but there would probably be no hot water until the morning. I was giver 2 options: See what the morning brings, or I could check out & try to find another room. There were no local rooms available due to many swimming events in the area, so we rode it out. Over the course of the next 2 days, the hot water was spotty & luke warm @ best. I heated water in the coffee pot to wash my face. If it wasn't for the location & unavailability of other rooms, we would have left.
