Diamonds Lost
AAA gives this place a three star rating. Why? The location is hidden behind several newer hotels. There is little parking. Rooms are plain, and the TV was small, old, and without clear signal. The hotels surrounding are new and modernized, and yet they get 2 diamonds, and this one gets three? Signs were burned out, and there was no way to locate hotel without calling, and being directed to go around to the backside of the new hotels.

Just another Hotel
Clorine was really high in pool and it was to warm and dirty. Breakfast was ok have had better at other hotels. Could here people in the hall all night. Some of the outlits didn't work along with our alarm clock.

This hotel was a very nice location for a stay prior to an early flight. A complimentary shuttle to the airport is available, a small charge to keep your car in their lot while away.

Clean and Comfortable
I was only there overnight, although, I wish I had been there longer to enjoy the pool and exercise room.

Friendly but it needs work
The staff was very friendly! I felt very welcome! The room was nice but not as clean as I would have liked. The eating area needs some work it leaked when it rained leaving the kids play area out of the question. The bottom of the pool wasnt the best it could be as it seemed to be coming apart. The bedspreads had very visible stains on it. On the upside the cleaning staff did a great job cleaning our room while we went to the zoo! The breakfast was great and they had a very nice selection!

our room was clean and large, and the hotel itself was very clean. The staff could not do enough for us. Recommended.

Great for kids!
We recently stayed at the hotel since my son was on spring break. The experience was great. The kids loved the pool and the playroom. The hotel was close to the Children's Museum and the Zoo which were two places we planned on going.

very friendly
The Comfort Inn and Suites was very comfortable. The location was good. It took only fifteen minutes to get downtown and twenty minutes to my family house.I was very pleased
