Sunday morning was quiet, Monday we knew how close to the highway we were. When we came in for the night, we found we shared ... the area with a soccer team around the ages of 9 years old. They were in the hallway running slightly amuck. Those in charge seemed to round them up by 9:30 and it was a quiet Saturday night. The hot tub wasn't hot and closed by or before 10 pm. There were so many kids, I didn't want to use it, but the spouse tried.

We liked the Rock Bottom Brewery for dinner. Guacamole was very good. Great ribs if you like spicy sauce, which was on the side. Cheddar spuds were delicious too. My filet was a bit dry though.

We liked the Rock Bottom Brewery for dinner. Guacamole was very good. Great ribs if you like spicy sauce, which was on the side. Cheddar spuds were delicious too. My filet was a bit dry though.

Bed was awesome-next best thing to home

We stayed for three nights attending the NHRA Drag Races.Beds are our first priority and why we chose Clarion. The hotel ... staff was friendly. Our air conditioner was broke and they were aware of it. Gave us a "work around" after we assured them it was plugged in. Luckily it was not too hot over Labor Day weekend.

The location was convenient to everything!! Cameras monitor the parking area. Our room was clean! The bed was SOOOO comfy!! ... Quiet area for a large city. Felt totally safe! The staff was great! The water takes some getting used to, but there's ALWAYS bottled water!! All in all, GREAT value for the price! Convenient to eateries, coffee, race track, shopping... you name it, it's there!

Hotel location was very convenient to go to Indianapolis Speedway, away from traffic jams and easy to go and come, bed and ... pillows are excellent, after a long day at the races, they made it a very restful sleep and next day we woke up painless and recharged.

Very convenient location for northwest side of Indianapolis makes this ideal. Also, the price was very reasonalbe. Added ... security to parking lot was nice touch. We found the stay most enjoyable and will be returning next year.

My first time using Orbitz and my first and last stay at this hotel. We were in Indianapolis for a campus visit of a ... University that had offered my son an athletic scholarship. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that the beds were comfy and breakfast was like any other - decent. Otherwise - a total disaster. Check in was fine except they gave us a non-smoking room instead of smoking which had previously been confirmed by phone.The room looked clean, but had a horrible odor. It was very dark and dated. Walls were cracked and bent and pieces of the shower were hanging from the wall. The pool had green stuff floating in it and the hot tub stairs appeared to be covered in black mold. Scary stuff. We stayed away from the room as much as possible as it was gloomy and the smell upset my stomach. The day of check out, we had recieved the custumary invoice under the door in the morning, but when turning in our room keys was told that I could not keep the invoice. Requested a reciept to prove length of stay for crossing the boarder and was told they could not provide this document because we didn't pay them for the room. When I expressed my anger over this refusal, I was threatened with a call to police because I was "abusing" the computer keyboard trying to print out my hotel confirmation - which is not proof of stay, but the only option I was given. Staff refused to give me their names and refused to let me speak to the manager. After causing all these problems, upsetting me to the point of livid and threatening to call police on me, then they offered to give me something to prove my stay. WAY TOO LATE! I wouldn't stay here if the room was free!!!!

Very nice, clean hotel. dont see this often with other chains. were in indy for the brickyard. very friendly staff. and ... the shower actually had water pressure. probably only thing was that our room didnt have a fridge. bed was very comfortable. would definitely stay at again.

The Clarion Inn and Suites Northwest is a outstanding hotel. We were greeted professionally, and promptly by the hotel ... staff. Our suite was roomy and very clean. The King bed and pillows were outstanding!!! They were so comfortable!! The hotel is located in a safe and convenient location in a industrial area right off of I465. The only issue that we had was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. But, it was not that big of a deal. Overall, this hotel is a excellent value and we will stay again when we visit the area. Thanks Clarion!!

Wanted a quick,spare of the moment getaway.Was very well pleased with All aspects of our stay.Beds were fantastic...we tried ... to fit them into our car but a king-size pillowtop was just too big.Really large room,comfortable sofa,mini- fridge,microwave etc.made our stay enjoyable.Will book again soon just for the heck of it because it was so enjoyable.One of our best stays ever.Our last stay was in an upscale hotel in Chicago (Oprah sends her guests there)but our stay here was as enjoyable based on the fact that we paid about the same price here to stay as we paid to park our car at the hotel in Chicago over night.

Disappointed....I've stayed at this property several times, but this particular stay was unpleasant....The air conditioner ... was not working properly and rather than move me to another room a technician was sent....technician was not able to fix the problem. So we were hot and miserable throughout the rest of the night....In addition to not being offered another room I was not offered the fan that is available in these types of mishaps which is printed in the brochure in the room. Unfortunately this wasn't noticed til after I woke up the next morning.

Our stay at the Clarion Inn was perhaps one of our greatest hotel experiences. The Location, the clean rooms, the service, ... etc. were second to none. We will surely stay here again when we visit the Chicago area.

Great place to stay overnight

We were on the go almost from the time we arrived until we left Indianapolis. We were anxiously awaiting returning to get ... some rest. All in our party stated they slept great, and didn't want to get up the next day. I think we were the lucky ones that had to move due to some plumbing issues, however, the front desk staff person was wonderful and very prompt in assisting us. Our new room was fantastic with the jacuzzi tub,which was just simply marvelous!! Family also loved the pool!I would love to come back and will also refer others to this hotel.
