Clean, comfortable accommodations. Great staff. TV's were older models, but that didn't matter since we didn't watch it. We could have used a fan in the bathroom to keep it from steaming up. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great! So much better than the usual stiff foam ones. Overall, a very good experience.

I was in town of a nearby wedding and pick this hotel based on the price and pictures. The pictures matched and it was good considering the price. The bed was super comfortable and having a couch in the room was great! Sadly, time didn't allow for use of the pool or eating the free breakfast, but next time! Something that would have been nice, however, was a fan in the bathroom. With no movement of air, it was hard to get the mirror clean after a shower. Overall, it was a great stay and next time, I'm going swimming! :o)

Over all it was ok

The Clarion was clean with a pleasant and helpful staff. My stay was only a few nights, but it was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean. The bed was nice and no troubles sleeping...actually slept so well that I overslept. Plenty of good to decent restaurants to choose from. No worries here.

Convenient to interstate although farther from downtown than expected. Friendly and competent staff. Small pool but nice feature. Breakfast offered several options and was also a nice feature.

I love the bed, Ive stayed in 4 Star hotels in Downtown indianapolis that had horrible beds and bedding. The bed was extremely confortable and the pillows were great! The breakfast was so so...dont expect to much... a waffle maker, some sausage, oatmeal and cereal. Overall a great deal for the price.

The room and the hotel itself were great. The only problem I had was at checkout. I asked for a receipt (so I could be reimbursed for hotel stay expenses) and the person working the desk told me he wasn't able to print one since I paid for the room through [...]. Unfortunately, this is a huge problem for me, since the Finance office won't accept the [...] confirmation email as a valid receipt. Should I blame the hotel or my Finance office? Obviously, the finance office should extract their head from their third point of contact and accept the confirmation, but really, how hard would it have been for the hotel staff to print a piece of paper stating that I had paid for the room I stayed in? As it stands, I'm going to have to accept the fact that I just paid $560 out of my own pocket for a ten night stay in Indianapolis for my job. If you book here, my recommendation is to not pay until you arrive at the hotel. Don't know if that's possible, but be forewarned that if you book and pay through [...], you aren't getting a receipt.

IT WAS A NICE RELAXING TRIP

Sunday morning was quiet, Monday we knew how close to the highway we were. When we came in for the night, we found we shared the area with a soccer team around the ages of 9 years old. They were in the hallway running slightly amuck. Those in charge seemed to round them up by 9:30 and it was a quiet Saturday night. The hot tub wasn't hot and closed by or before 10 pm. There were so many kids, I didn't want to use it, but the spouse tried.
