Candlewood Suites INDIANAPOLIS EAST

Used this hotel during a family weekend visit. Room was decent, but it wasn't in the greatest part of town. Kitchenette had a microwave and frig, and even a couple of stovetop burners, stuff we take advantage of on family trips. No coffee, no breakfast, and no sofabed (all of which are common in suites) made it less comfortable and convenient.

The room was great came with a kitchen. It was clean the bed & pillows were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower wasn't that good, but over all the room was nice. The staff were polite. Only dislikes were the extremely small parking lot and after getting there realizing we weren't in the best part of town. But it was only 10 min from downtown Indianapolis so we were pleased.

The hotel itself was very nice, and the rooms are quite impressive (especially for extended stays). They have very clean rooms and restrooms, and offer kitchenettes in their standard rooms with fast internet connection. The hotel itself was located just off of 465, making it a very easy access stay. I had requested a late check in and because of horrendous traffic, I was not able to make it to the hotel until 3:30 am. The doors were locked, and the late night attendant took her sweet time opening it for tired travelers. She then proceeded to check us in, while taking her attention from getting our room situated to texting for long periods. We were exhausted, and were then asked to pay the room rate again, because I had missed check in time. We were able to get the room after about 20 minutes of "checking in" and finally got some sleep. The room was nice, but the late night staff was a little less than accommodating.

It is located in an ideal place. Close to the church I attended and eating places. Right off the highway. Rights are a very good size and very clean.

I contacted family in Indy who informed me of the location. Althought part of the the hotel was updated it is located in a depressed area; a place where I should not walk outside without a group of other people. I stayed at the Crown Plaza who offered free shuttle to and from the airport plus loads of great amenities.

Very clean. Good value for money

We arrived late at night and left right before check out time, but the room was very clean and updated. The only thing I would have liked better was if the service desk was quicker to respond. I had to wait for service to check in for at least 15 min. That might have been because it was late. But the next day even I had to wait a few mintues as well. There isn't someone just sitting behind the counter you have to ring a bell for service. Other than that it was great!

The room was a nice surprise, very nice with a small kitchen, including cooking utentsils. The parking area is small. The only other complaint was that they don't have the Speed Channel for a tv selection.

Nice hotel would be nice if they had an ice maker even though there are fridges in the room. Didn't make hardly any ice. Rooms where nice, clean, and organized.

Just passing through, got in late, clean, good service, accessable. Parking was bad and not good for towing items.
