Downtown Indianapolis and IUPUI easily accessible from all-suite hotel

Nice Room
The "room" (actually 4 rooms) was the size and layout of a large single bedroom apartment. Nicely furnished. Clean. Although the room was close to the elevator, it was very quiet. Very easy access to downtown.

Awesome for the price
It was all great except that they advertise having a "full kitchen," so we had brought along stuff to bake that evening, only to find out that there are no ovens in any of the rooms. The regular home-sized kitchen fridge/freezer and microwaves were great! And the 2-range stove was pretty spiffy too. Even dish soap and a dishwasher with its detergent provided to clean up. And PLENTY of cupboard and drawer space everywhere. The power browned out once over our 2 days there, while we were watching TV and drawing very little power elsewhere in the suite, and it took a long while (5 minutes probably) for the satellite to make the TV workable again. Aside from that and the somewhat slummy neighborhood (that you wouldn't even know or notice unless you drove to the Kroger and Family Dollar nearby) it was amazing. It was DEFINITELY worth $85 a night! Especially with how friendly, personable, and helpful the staff was.

Stop by Easley's Winery at College Ave and Ohio St just east of downtown (a 10-15 minute walk maybe) and try 7 wines of your choosing for only $2. All of their staff was very polite as well as informative. It was a great time. The area and the outside facade of the place look a bit run-down, but inside it is beautiful and VERY well-kept.

Not really downtown, but good quality.
Since it is an "extended stay" hotel, the suite has a full kitchen and there is a living room. Maid service is only once a week, but will come if asked. It's more like being in an apartment than a hotel room. There is no restaurant, however, but a little store to get things to microwave, etc. Overall, it was comfortable and pleasant, if you are okay with all of the above.

Very nice
Room was very large and clean. having the kitchen would have been great had there been a supermarket near by to buy food. Large desk to work at and 2 large tvs. Very comfortable. Service desk was very friendly and helpful, but understaffed. Guests were waiting to be served.

Great Hotel
The hotel was great! The hotel is a couple miles from downtown but they have a free shuttle bus that will take you anywhere you want to go! Our room was very clean and neat, very spacious! There is a kitchenette and a small living room along with a bedroom! They don't have a continental breakfast but they do have a cupboard that has all of your basic foods you can purchase. All in all great hotel! Would definitely recommend!

great for more than a day stay
once you get by the fact that there is no true maid service nightly we found the place quite nice very large clean comfortable rooms seperate sitting and sleeping areas with a kitchen 2 t.v s all looks new free parking downtown is close by but need to drive or there is a shuttle a very good bargain would stay again

We liked the hotel, but...
hated the directions the staff gave us over the telephone as to finding the hotel.? We were sent out of our way, for no reason at all, in rush hour traffic.? The 2nd shift desk clerk (I never saw more than 1) has no communication skills.? This hotel doesn't have the friendliest staff,? however my suite was very clean. I would stay here again and not worry about the front desk staff.
