IN- TOWN, WITH COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE
I do not travel a great deal, so my star system comparison may not be up-to-date. Having said that, the motel was close to town, the front desk helpful-- even found a phone number for me-- and I love not having to take time to "check out." The room was lovely, the pillows and bedding great and inviting. The shower was hot and all was clean and tidy. The breakfast was ready early have big variety and tasty. Next time, I will try to fresh pancake maker-- didn't notice it at first. I visit Goshen twice a year and will definitely return to this accomodation!

Very Nice Motel, Great Breakfast, But SOFT beds
My wife, son and I found the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was modern and attractive, and very clean. I have a lousy back, so I need the bed to be at least semi-firm. It wasn't. You sunk down in. Some appreciate a very soft bed, but if you need firmness in a mattress, you will have a night of tossing and turning. The generous breakfast in the morning helped make up for it. If it wasn't for the bed, I'd give it 5 stars.

Nice clean conveniently located motel.
Got late start from Georgia. Would be arriving much later than expected. Called motel to let them know. Receptionist was very understanding and assured us we would have our room. This was one of the cleanest motels we've stayed in...even some more expensive ones.

Nice Place
We were really excited to be going to Shipshewana so we may have been a little too enthusiastic for some of the staff. Over all the hotel was a nice place and clean but I felt the associate at the front desk could have been a little more helpful and perhaps more friendly. I had asked a question about dinning in the area and what she would recommend. She gave me the restaurants in the general vicinity but was not too happy about wasting so much time with me. I had the feeling she had better things to do? This happened twice so I decided to ask questions else where. The cleaning staff however deserve an A+++ for friendliness, and a great job. Over all it was okay.

Best Hotel in Goshen
I've stayed in all of the hotels in Goshen and have found the new Holiday Inn Express to be the best. The rooms are large and the breakfast is excellent.

Excellent place for short stay
Checked in about 7pm. Bed was very comfortable and the room was super clean. This is a great place to stay. Would stay there again when in that area. We had been at Shipshewana and it is just a short distance from the hotel in Goshen. Desk clerk was very friendly and even did a mapquest to show us where the fireworks were going to be that night.

Excellent, except.....
Shopping in Shipshewana and surround areas for 2-days. The only thing that I was very disleased with was that I purposely booked this hotel because of the great price and that it had a POOL, which I knew I would need after a long day of walking and shopping......I still ended up paying the full price but the pool was not up and running yet, being that the hotel had only been opened for about 1-mo. I think I should have been offered a discount.
