I booked this hotel 3 months in advance and when I arrived they said they didn't have the rooms on my reservation. I showed the woman my reservation and confirmation number for 2 non-smoking rooms with queen beds. Her response was, "well, that's not what your getting." We ended up with one smoking room with double beds and one non-smoking room with a king bed. So, two of us smelled like smoke and the other two woke up a little embarassed. They offered us a roll away bed to make up the difference but no other compensation was offered.

Must love Trains
The hotel was very nice for the price. VERY clean and comfortable. We didn't realize that Goshen had so many trains. We heard the train whistle all day and all night. It did wake us up around 3am. The hotel is in a good location. Easy to find. There's even a Wal-Mart just down the road. Not too far from Shipshewana.

We happened upon "Dandino's Supper Club" If you are looking for a very nice meal MAKE SURE TO STOP HERE!! My husband and I both had steaks and they were wonderful! The meal came with homemade bread and the best side salad we have ever found!!! Very reasonable prices. Would go again!!

Grimy, needs updating
We were given a smoking room when we requested non-smoking. The carpet wasn't clean and the tv reception was terrible.

Goshen Best Western Review
- Overall stay was fine- Breakfast choices were fine- waffle maker ran very hot and burned waffles unless taken out early- Sat evening had very noisy guest late night 1-2AM next to our room - Checkout paperwork tried to charge extra fee - when I showed [...] receipt then attendant stated that was mistakenly done
