Studio Plus Fort Wayne - North

close to stores,food,gas,bars.

Dirt, smelly room. Had to have cockroaches removed. Bed was too soft, like sleeping on a marshmallow.

The room was a nice size and it was nice have a kitchen area to hold our food and drinks, however the bathroom had hair all in the tube and on the floor. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacummed.

It was very handy to food, shopping, and the colisseum.

This hotel was terriable, got a smoking room when i didnt ask for one,flat pillows and called front desk for more pillows but said they were all out.Womens hair all over my bathroom,kids running all around the hallway,got 2 wake up call as 4:50am and 5:00am when i didnt even ask for a wake up call. All in all this room sucked and smelled horriable.

It was peaceful and we had a great time. I love the fact that our room had a kitchen in it.

Cheapest hotel I could find in Fort Wayne. Location was great just one minute from I-69. Room was decent for the price. Had a very useful kitchenette - four burner stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, large sink, pots, pans, dishes, and everything in the kitchen area was clean. Decor was at least 20 years old but room was clean. Room smelled heavily like air freshener. Front desk closes from 5-7am so if you have to leave during that time you have to plan around it. Check-in was kind of slow. Checkout is 11AM, it was hard to get staff to allow a later checkout if necessary. Internet is not included in the price of the room.

A bargain price. While the common hotel areas showed traffic and dirt the room was very clean and acceptable.

Upon check-in I was informed that the room had an "odor" to it, but that it wasn't smoke, and deodorizer had been sprayed in the room. The room smelled strongly of a sweet air freshener. I was informed that the hotel wasn't filled and other rooms were available if I couldn't stand the smell. Why did the staff even put a guest in that room if there were others available? The facility was run down looking and dingy. There was no check-in desk, but an equally dingy office with a couple of cheap desks crowding it. Early in the morning the road crew that was also staying at the hotel collected near their trucks just below my window shouting and laughing loudly. After 15 to 20 minutes the "beep beep" signaled the trucks backing out of the parking lot and an end to the noise. There was no breakfast included with the room although the room had a small kitchenete with stove and full sized refrigerator. Internet access was $5, and took 15 minutes with technical support before it would work. It was the only one of six hotels that I stayed at during the trip that had a problem logging in with the same computer. I have stayed at other much nicer Studio Plus locations. This one was well below a motel 6 or super 8.
