Hilton Garden Inn Fort Wayne

I only stayed for one night. Was in town for a wedding. The staff were very friendly and helped me make arrangements for travel. They were very courteous and helpful.

Good hotel for business around Ft Wayne. Amenites fit with business travel. Good breakfast, Kroger next door. They have their version of the sleep number bed. MUCH better than regular beds. Access is a little tricky. Watch the signs.

Every thing was very satisfactory. A little hard to find the entrance. A miner detail.

This was a getaway holiday weekend with some mall hopping thrown in. We wanted a luxury hotel at a reasonable price, and we got it. Very nice room with a sitting room and a bedroom, just what we were looking for.

Came to Ft Wayne for my Father-in-Laws 80th birthday. After a large birthday get together, I was ready for bed. I've stayed in many hotels and know I'll be tossing and turning all night. To my surprise I felt like I was lying in soft clouds! This was the most wonderful bed and slept like a baby. I liked the bed so much I plan on buying one. The staff was friendly and showed me the business center so I could print my boarding pass for my return flight. Will definetly stay there again.

The only reason I didn't give the hotel five stars was that the staff member who checked us in seemed a little annoyed when I asked a question about something. But the service from there on was friendly and attentive and accommodating, even when I called to tell them the AC wasn't working and it turned out I hadn't looked carefully enough at the thermostat to operate it properly! The staff members went out of their way to be sure that our stay was comfortable, the room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. We were very grateful to have a good place to stay, and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Overall it was a great hotel...we had the misfortune of being in the hotel when a high school softball tournament was about to occur so the hallways and room next to use were loud until about midnight. When we first got in to the room, the courtesy card on our pillow had the previous visitor's gum stuck inside the card. The front desk people were great and very helpfuld with everything. The location was perfect to get anywhere in Fort Wayne.

The hotel had great access to most of what Fort Wayne has to offer. It was clean, very comfortable, and the staff was very nice. My only complaint would be the $9.99 for the continental breakfast bar that was available downstairs. Luckily, there is a grocery store just across the way and I used my mini fridge and microwave already in my room to have a quick breakfast that I could enjoy in the privacy of my room.
