A good night stay
The front desk girl was very friendly. Checked in quickly and efficiently. The room was clean and nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. Got a great night sleep. The shower was great and plenty of towels. It was inexpensive, but a lot better than some of the double the price places I've stayed. I will definitely stay there again when I go to Ft. Wayne.

just fine for a night.
It was fine! We just slept there. We knew we would get in late (10:30 pm), and we had to leave by 8:00 am. Breakfast is not much. (Muffens, toast, english muffens, and coffee.) No juice! What do you want for $35.00. I don't think I would want to spend all day there, but to just sleep and leave, It was fine.

this was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at, The smoke smell was very strong. We had a no smoking room smell was so bad in our room it keep waking both of us up, Would never stay at this hotel again.

Rude and terrible
We had no hot water in our room. The front desk said he couldn't do anything. After 2 hours of waiting we left asking that our room not be charged. They charged us anyway. I called. the owner put me on hold but didn't realize I could hear him while he called me names to his employee. They refused to refund the money. Never ever stay at this awful place.

horrible
it's between a strip club and a truck stop. "breakfast was some white bread and stale cerial. the room was so covered in smoke I almost puked. other than that though.

Lady working the front desk was very helpful to navigate what seemed to be quite a dodgy area with strip clubs and lots of people named "Daddy".

Extremely BAD Hotel!!!!!!
Unclean Rooms...Front desk unable to help with anything, blamed it on the manager!!! Stained carpets everywhere. Nothing in the room worked!!! Window broke and leaking water!! Hotel is next to a trucking depot!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!
