Motel 6 Evansville

THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!!!!!! Noticed my room smelled like bug spray and went to check the sheets,,Just as walking in the room door..well i found 2 adult bed bugs in the cracks of my sheets! So if i was you I wouldnt go there! I hurried up and left.. Couldnt even get a refund.. Edit - Delete

Not good. Motel was dirty. Had to change rooms. First room had BEDBUGS

Used this motel to stop between Cincinnati and St. Louis. Wanted to sleep, just a few hours. I new it wouldn't be perfect. It would have worked, but the moldy smell was overwelming.Didn't sleep well, and tried to cover my nose with my tee shirt colar, through the night. If you stay, notice the mispelled word "items" on check-in wall sign.

Family members from 3 states came to Evansville after a death of a relative. As we are a pet loving family, they are included as such. My Boston might be 11 lbs and my Dads little Maltese maybe 4 lbs and my sisters pair of teacup Chiuaua's a total of 3 lbs together. Note; all of our are pets are trained and behave better than most humans. We all booked our rooms according to arrival times coming from different locations throughout the eastern United States. Few if any Hotels allow pets so we took what was available. To begin i'll say the place is a DUMP! no other word can sum up its overall condition. The truckers that came and went were not an issue and neither were the young ladies that follow them as they kept to themselves and their business. The resident crazy lady w/3 cats is to be avoided at all costs! She approaches every body for cig's and light or wants you to come over to her room to fix her TV She walks around ringing a brass bell calling her cats that roam the property. At 2:00 am. they meow up and down the hallways. The police patrol the parking lot because of a huge drug bust there last year but the Health Dept. has yet to make a round! Non-Smoking rooms stink of filthy carpet, the bedspreads have cig burns on them and the towels are yellow and feel like sandpaper. Motel 6 should take away its sign from the current owner ( who claims He's re-modeling) and will soon evict residents who have been there for years. This was not a vacation destination but a family emergency so planning was not as through as it should have been.......STAY AWAY

Quick, friendly check-in. Room was clean. Air was off, so it took a while to cool off the room, but AC worked fine. No frills budget hotel, as expected

attended sisters funeral room not comfortable pillows very flat tv old magnovox. door has cracks all around frame. phones didn't work. but it was a cheap price and close to where we were going. probably won't stay at a motel 6 again.

dirty and bathroom so filthy and full of ants. next to hiway and very loud. not enough towells. no hair dryer. the air conditioner you were either hot or freezing.

wasnt even close to holiday world had roaches real bad, hairs in the tub we left after 5 minutes

Older property and in need of some repair. I arrived early. Motel was sold out the night before and didn't have a room ready for me yet. One of the cleaning crew went to my room and cleaned everything up so I could check in right away. This is a place to sleep and that is all. No ammenities and in a location far away from anything. This is good for an inexpensive bed, as you are passing through.

I stayed there for 3 nights & I didn't like that they only cleaned the room one day & I had to go to the office & request clean towels & wash clothes, but I enjoyed everything else. It was pretty convenient to shopping & restaurants.
