E'ville Central Alumnus
Convenient to airport
Hotel is very well maintained, The staff were courteous and helpful. Parking area is convenient and well lit. The highlight was the complimentary full breakfast each morning with lots and lots of choices. The bacon (always crisp) and oatmeal were my favorites. The room was equipped with a desk chair only. An extra side chair would have been handy to have but the overall experience was very positive and I will certainly stay there again on my next Evansville visit.

Disappointing getaway
Hotel was being remodeled. Mainfloor was dusty and unattractive Meals were served where construction and painting was being done, awith black curtians hanging to separate the dinning area from the construction. to stay a third night we were told we would have to pay full price for the room. We left,and found a much nicer room at the Best Western, for less than what we originally paid for our first 2 days at the Holiday Inn. .

ok stay--lots of renovations going on
The renovations occuring in the hotel were distracting but the hotel itself was ok. Nothing too special but somewhere to lay my head.

Short Trip
The first impression of the room was pretty disappointing. The walls at one time must have had wall hangings or a mirror. The holes were still in the walls. The smell of the room was overwhelming. The chlorine from the pool was very strong to the point it hit you as you walked in the room. Bathrooms had dirt and mold around the baseboards and tub. The doors in the back where you parked had been torn off and sitting in the hall. The halls and lobby’s were dirty and in need of major repair. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

Awesome
What a great experience from the friendly greeting and fresh cookies to the staff covering our every need .the bar tenders were great . What a relaxing time by the pool highly recommend the service and comfortable rooms
