Weekend Getaway
We took the weekend to visit Brown County State Park. The location of the hotel is great, just off the Interstate and a short drive from the park, Nashville and Edinburgh Outlet Mall. The staff was friendly and the room was ok.

Great place to stay!
Our family had a great time. We were looking for a place to stay with an indoor pool that was between the Outlet Mall in Edinburgh and Nashville, IN for a weekend get-away. This was the perfect one! We had fun in the pool. It was a bit small but sufficient. The customer service was first class! I highly recommend this Hotel and we will stay here again. We booked a King size bed with a hideaway. The hideaway was too small for two children. I asked the front desk if we could move and they happily gave us a room with two double beds. The breakfast bar was very good; many options to choose from.

Good,could use some guest room changes
Staff was most helpful and the maid service and breakfast was super. The guest room could use a few more appointments including an additional mirror. There was a mirror over the lavatory, but the closet door mirrors immediately behing made it difficult in grooming situations, a mirror over the dresser would have been beneficial. Also lighting in the room had to be turnedd on at the fixture itself, a remote switch at the entry would have been more convenient. We enjoyed Columbus, with it's unique architecture and Abe Martin State park was a beautiful scenic event along with an interesting visit to the Art Colony/Tourist Attractions in nearby Nashville.

Excellent in every way!
We were convenient to visiting with our son and family in Columbus. We missed the breakfast offered at the Hilton Garden in Edinburg. Our breakfast here was barely warm. We plan to use the Courtyard for our next trip up to see our grand children.

NOT SO GREAT OF A MOTEL FOR THE PRICE
THERE WAS A LOT MISSING IN THE ROOM, NO FRIG NO MICRO. T.V. WAS ON THE SIDE OF THE BED INSTEAD ON THE FOOT, SO THE PERSON ON THE OUTSIDE COULDN'T MOVE OTHER WISE THE PERSON ON THE INSIDE COULDN'T SEE. SHEETS WERE TOO SMALL FOR THE BED, THEY KEPT COMING OFF THE CORNERS. NOT ENOUGH BLANKETS. ONE SHEETS & ONE THIN BLANKET, NO COMFORTER....

Nice getaway weekend

The Courtyard Columbus ...
The Courtyard Columbus Tipton Lake was a very serviceable hotel to stay in. Everything was pretty satisfactory. I was in town for a wedding so value was what I was looking for. If you're on long road trip and you need a clean place to sleep I would recommend this Courtyard.
