Great Staff!
We often stay at Springhill Suites when we travel. The rooms are always spotless and spacious. Their beds are probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in while traveling. The Carmel location is very convenient to shopping, etc. The staff at this location was exceptional! The buffet (included) is always great and very generous. This buffet ended earlier than other locations. Only drawback was the jacuzzi was closed for some reason and the pool seemed a bit smaller than other locations. Would definitely stay there again.

New renovation
We were in town for a sports tournament and chose this location because it was close to the stadium where the game would be played. The building was recently renovated and the halls smelled of new carpets and fresh paint. It was spotless and decorated in updated color scheme. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms had everthing we needed--coffee maker, fridge, spacious bathroom, nice towels, etc. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Weekend traveler
Geared towards kids
This hotel was just OK. My wife and I weren't aware that the hotel caters to families with young kids. It was reasonably well furnished but not upscale at all. The room decor was just OK. The bathroom was pedestrian.

Great spot to land in Indianapolis
I just did an overnight in Indianapolis and found this to be a great place to stay. The decor is modern and upbeat, yet soothing. It differentiates itself by style. The workout room was well equipped and pleasant for it's size---which is comparable to hotels in this category. I arrived late---around 8:30pm---and easily found a place to eat with the cheerful help of front desk staff. I will be staying here again when I'm in Indianapolis overnight.

Charming Location!
Carmel is a lovely little town and this hotel is clean and delightful. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is great! The only hiccup we had was getting our room cleaned for the second of our two day stay. We had to ask twice, and the cleaning job that was done was only adequate.

Drive into Carmel! The downtown area is adorable and small enough for a comfortable evening stroll. There is a place called Bud's that serves hamburgers and elkburgers. The menu is limited, but the food is fantastic! We also noticed an Irish Pub with a large outdoor patio that was filled with locals.

SpringHill Suites - Good Value
The staff was friendly, the hotel was immaculate. The towels were small. The rooms away from Meridian would have been quieter. However, it was a very good value for the money and we would go back

great staff & breakfast bar
the staff was wonderful. i had recent surgery & [...] was kind enough to place my suitcase in the car for me. this is just a little thing but that's what counts. they also had a very well taken care of breakfast bar with fresh oatmeal, waffles, fruit, sausage, eggs & assorted pastry. there was an attendant there to make sure that everything was filled. it was also important to me that they did not take items off the bar until their closing time of 9:00. sometimes hotels will start to take food in early & if you get down there at 8:50, everything is gone.
