Excellent Friendly Service
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary hot breakfast was complete and good. The room was slightly dated with the extra blankets being holey and small chips in the enamel of the bathtub. Would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Great Location; close to shopping
I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were courteous and personable. Enjoyed variety of breakfast foods offered as well as shopping in Carmel. Close to Indianapolis Fairgrounds for my convention. Appreciated the use of the ATM machine too!

wonderful experience
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay there. We were close to Indy and just a short drive to clay terrace mall in Carmel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was nice, the staff helpful, and the pool relaxing. A wonderful time, we will go back there again.

perfect well almost
Nice big room. Everything was perfect except there was no hot water in the shower. It was warm but not hot. They send a guy down to fix. It took about an hour from first mention till time it was fixed.

Very Pleased Visitor
Great Getaway
We were in town for the Circle City Classic. We decided to stay away from the crowd and had a wonderful time. The drive to the stadium was a straight shot within 15 to 20 minutes. The area was really nice and the employees at the hotel were extremely helpful and very nice. Especially the new guy! I would definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends!

Great Value
The hotel was nice with a great breakfast, pool and fitness center. I think we were there on a busy weekend. The room did not get cleaned while we were there and it smelled of smoke.

Overall great place to stay!!
The Residence Inn Indianapolis in Carmel, Indiana was wonderful. The queen size bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I had ever slept in. The kitchen had a full size refridgerator, a stove, microwave, and a dishwasher, and the hotel provided all the cook wear and utensils you would need. The hotel staff was excellent. the only downside was the hotel does not have a restaurant on premises, but there are many places close by so that was not an inconvenience. Will definitely stay there again!

convenient location
We were in town for a family wedding, and the location was central to all the planned events-easy access to main roads and the Interstate. Because of the small, but very nicely appointed fitness facility, my wife was able to keep up her walking regimen
