Disappointed
The hotel obviously wanted to seem upscale and trendy, but a number of flaws held it down. Tiny pool with enough chlorine to dissolve small children. Internet access in the room had a fee but they wouldn't say what the fee was. The restaurant was very pricey but the food was mediocre at best. The maid service woke us up at 8 the first morning and never came back the rest of our stay. The windows in the room don't open, so you're stuck with the air conditioning for ventilation. On the plus side, the front desk staff were very nice and the lobby computer room has printers you can use. And we were confused by the 2 Marriott Norths within a few miles of each other. This is the Marriott Renaissance North, but a few miles away there's the plain old Marriott North. Plus a couple other Marriotts all in a 4 mile radius.

Great location and spectacular service!
We were passing thru Indy and needed a place to relax and wine down. The hotel was easy accessible from the highway and extremely clean. First class amenities and a 5-star hotel staff. This was a perfect spot.

A Very Good Hotel
A very nice new-looking hotel with contemporary interior design (bold shades of yellow, orange, and red in lobby and rooms). Bathroom is new, reasonably spaced, and spotless. Shower was excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The king sized bed was very comfortable and we're picky about mattresses. We had no trouble getting to sleep. Great hotel.

Renaissance Indianapolis North
This hotel was gorgeous! The front desk people were very polite and curteous. The hotel was very warm and welcoming from the parking lot to the rooms. We had four travelers in one room and there was enough space and bathroom supplies to get us through two days. This hotel is located very close to main roads and easy to see from the street. We also had a pretty easy time finding the Verizon Wireless Ampitheater in Noblesville from our hotel. I highly suggest staying at the Renaissance Hotel in Carmel! It was great :o)

Gorgeous Hotel
My son and I stayed at this hotel, because we were in Indiana touring colleges. The first thing we thought of was the comparison of the restaurant in this hotel to Nome in the Park Hyatt in Chicago. The lobby and the amenities were excellent. The entire place was spotless! We would definitely recommend this hotel, even though it was a little pricey!
