medical out of towners
Competent and comfortable at a good pric
We chose the location due to its proximity to out patient surgery centers, and it was very convenient. The premises appeared well maintained and the room was well appointed for the price. We were pleased with the stay.

Great Place to Stay
I was in town for a friend's wedding over the weekend and decided to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn because it was close to the venue. I thought the hotel was great. The beds had a dial on the sides to adjust the firmness for personalized comfort, the sheets had a faint fragrance to them (nothing overdone, but definitely better than the smell of them being dipped in bleach), and the room was large and clean. I got a great night of rest, because the black-out drapes worked really well. With the bed adjusted to how I liked it, I felt like I was sleeping on a room full of cotton balls.The staff was also very friendly and helpful. My room was not quite ready when I arrived, which would have made me late to the wedding, if I had waited. They made every accommodation so that I could get ready for the evening and be there on time. When I checked out, I asked where I could get a bottle of water and was given one complimentarily with a smile and cordial farewell.[...] The price was around $20 - $40 cheaper than the other hotels in the area.If I'm ever back in Carmel, IN, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel
Customer service was best I have ever had. Very nice without being fake. Food was very good, but should be have been free. Internet connected right away. Bed was very nice and room temperature was adjustable (the AC worked). Very quiet and off the road nothing really was wrong. Good price and good stay. Will use hotel again.

Hit downtown Carmel for some good food and fun. Very nice downtown very safe lots of shops and eating available.

Convenience and cleanliness
we stayed there because it was the most convenient to the Party we were attending. You can always count on getting quality at Hilton Hotels and I am a Rewards Member. We checked in, left and did not return until almost 2 am. Had a restful sleep and checked out. Very brief stay

What you would expect from Hilton
We were in Indy for Pole Day. Although a little further from the track than we usually like, everything was great! My daughter loved the warm cookie.

Queen means double bed
We booked a 2 Queen bed suite and they told me that it meant double beds. The air beds were disappointing. They never softened up. Bad nights sleep. Kids loved the small pool and the hot tub.
