No Five Alarm Fire Here
Upon our arrival we were able to check in a room, the room with balcony was not yet available. But with small children you take what you can get when you need it. The "suite" did have two rooms but you felt like you were right on top of each other regardless. The carpets were stained and the couch cushions were sunken and dirty feeling. Not exactly a home away from home. To add to the level of uncomfortable-ness, we experienced repeated fire alarms (3 to be exact) at various points during the middle of the evening. That is the last thing you want to hear when you have 3 children under the age of 5 in you room and made it difficult to sleep. Upon questioning the front desk staff if they discovered who was pulling the alarm, they said they had their suspicions but there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed in the experience as a whole.

For the price and value you cant go work. The Tvs were really small and old, no bathroom vent, and the bathroom was set up kinda weird. But on the other hand the room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The complimentary water and wine was really expensive but having a mini refrigerator and microwave was nice.

Nice motel
Our room was very large and it was clean. It could use some updating, and the motel is in the process of that right now. The staff was very friendly and the pool area was nice. I would stay there again.

A Great place for a Great weekend!
The hotel was a great place to relax and the staff was thorough and accommodating. It was great that our family could relax and enjoy our time there.

Mediocre Hotel
Ok hotel. The furniture in the room was old and uncomfortable. Breakfast cost a whopping $13 so needless to say we brought some muffins and utilized the local McDonald's. Pool concept was very cool (indoor/outdoor) but too small.

Annual Grils Weekend Out
The best thing about my stay at the Doouble Tree is that the TV commerical best represented my experience. "Keep Cool Relax" and the wonderful music used in the commercial fit my state of mind while I was there, Cool and Relaxed. I would definitely stay at another Double Tree. Thanks for aiding in my wonderful weekend.

Having a Nordstrom's so close to where we were staying was wonderful. not having to fight traffic to downtown.

A+ location, very clean & great service
In Carmel for a wedding, the staff was very helpful and kind.The location is great, close to the interstates, shopping, rest.& bars. The exterior of hotel looks a little "dated" but once you enter the decor is pleasing and very up to date. Would highly recommmend this place to a friend and will definetly come back.
