Simple stay
The room was small and had a slightly funky smell. Had small frig, microwave and coffee maker. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in the shower, and large, albeit oddly designed bathroom. Free WiFi. Did not go to the breakfast bar in the morning. Watch out when trying to enter. There is NO left turn into the facility from 45. The concrete island is sloped and deceiving. Needs some type of red or yellow warnng paint to keep you from bottoming out. Do a UTurn and make a right into the property.

Upland brewery and restaurant has some quality comfort food and beer. Nice outside waiting area. Very popular on the night we were there.

The experience was outstanding. Sunday morning desk clerk was unbelievable! My wife accidently left her purse behind in the room after we checked out. The clerk found it and had it available for us when we returned to get it. We were an hour and a half down the roadbefore we discovered it was missing.

Clean, safe, easy to find
I needed to get there, be comfortable, feel safe, and sleep well. All of above accomplished, without spending a lot. Works for me!

Good Value
The hotel provided a convenient drive to IU campus. And, for the price accommodations were adequate. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Compared to similar hotels, I would give the continental breakfast a 3 out of 10 based on selection, quality and freshness, however. Our room had new beds, which was a plus. Although other room features, e.g., bathroom, TV, clock radio, etc., were in need of replacement. The overall cleanliness of the room was marginal. Fingerprints on walls and doors and the grime on all electrical appliance were a turn-off. (No, I'm not a germaphobe, just aware.)

good value for the money; nice location
A good location for helping to move our daughter into her grad student apt. Friendly staff & visitors, helpful maps & info in the lobby. Reasonable, healthy breakfast fare.

Reasonable value for the price
The room was recently renovated. Most of the changes were complete and adequate. Some of the molding and door changes have yet to be done.
