good location (not downtown) and walkable to stadium. Had a fridge which is about the only good thing I can think of. The bed was the worst I have ever slept on. I might as well slept on floor. The foot end of sheets were dirty. My guess is they
flipped it assuming no one would look down by their feet. TV was outdated.
Now, it was one of the cheapest hotels so you get what you pay for. But I probably won't visit this location again. Let alonean "Americas Best Value Inn" as it was my first and probably last visit.

Do not go to Colorado Steak house if you are looking for drinks and watch TV/games. not that type of restaurant.
This was a place to crash at night and get a shower. It appeared to be clean but the condition of the carpet and bedspreads were a little scary. Moldy shower curtain was the only visible issue. It was a $79 value for $179. All the hotels in the
area have you by the short hairs during a football weekend.
The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The bed was confortable enough, though the pillows are on the hard side, at least for me. The common areas of the building seem to have been updated recently but the rooms still need some
attention. The light above the sink didn't work and the carpet and walls had several stains. The window curtain was torn and woud not hang properly. It was an OK value for the price.
The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Everything had a fresh coat of paint, and the carpeting was new. Underneath that the bedspread and curtains had holes in them. The furniture was old. My television did not work. There was no coffee
machine in the room.
A decent cup of coffee was available downstairs in the morning. Only generic sweet breakfast cereals were available with some cheap store bought baked goods.
I tried to nap Saturday afternoon, but the noise from the next-door room prevented me. It was quiet at night.
I had a reasonably comfortable bed and a hot shower a short drive from campus for the best price in Bloomington.

Try the food and drink at the Runcible Spoon. It's a great place to relax next to campus. The bagels at the nearby Bloomington Bagel Company are tasty and chewy.
Booked two rooms for a short weekend stay when all other options in town were filled.
Rooms had varying missing items. One had a microwave and hairdryer, the other missing those and an alarm clock. One had an iron, the other had the ironing
General odor persists in all rooms, and paper thin walls. Unsecured entrances.
It's fine if you just need something cheap for a night or two.
Breakfast was horrible, couldn't get on wifi and when we did it would kick us off, very cold in hallways, and heat barely worked in room. Checked in at 2a and was charged full price for 8hrs worth of stay!! Very much overcharged!! To high priced
for such a shabby hotel.
