Quality Inn Waukegan

This hotel was terrible. The room was old out dated and dumpy. The toliet didn't flush unless you held the handle down. They gave me a smoking room with one bed when my reservation was for a non-smoking room with 2 beds and basically said too bad when I told them it was incorrect. The night receptionist was rude. Although the daytime staff was quite pleasant. The price of this hotel is definitely not worth the value.

Every hotel feature was amazing, and the people there were very friendly.

real easy to find - right off interstate 94 (i think) literally come off and its on the 1st junction which was handy because the gps wasn't working. reasonable diner across lot for food and drinks too.

From the minute we arrived at the hotel and walked into our room I was not satisfied with the hotel from the appearance to the smell of our room. [...]The night before leaving there were loud noises coming from the side of the building. I called the front desk and they went to check. I called three other times and they stated there was nothing that could be causing the noise. [...]

Was told that your company did not reserve a disable room. Then he argued with me that you didn't let them know. He was so rude..I finely told him I would not stay there and in no terms would never stay at that hotel again. I am just thankful we found a room at the Comfort Inn a short distant away. This trip had to be the worst I've ever been on. Expecting a room only to find, it wasn't what I was told I had from Oribz. When we were checked in at the Comfort Inn I used their computer and printer to print off my reservations from Orbitz and brought it over to him...he acted like I was lying. What a looser!!!

Hotel stay was great. Staff was very helpful. Distance and shuttle service to naval station was great.

Attended a funeral Great staff, friendly, & helpful. Parking was a bit of an issue. Motel next to a DMV building. An inexpensive safe clean motel. A good value.

I was in town for a court appearance. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to stay a couple extra hours on check-out day as my flight wasn't until 6 pm that night, this was a tremendous help to me. Rooms are clean.

Well, it was weird in the beginning because the hotel doesn't have those big double doors in the front that open up to assist people with luggage like other hotels do. Instead they are self open single doors that are a huge pain if you're carrying a lot of luggage AND towing kids behind you too, not-to-mention. Have fun with that. Next at the top of the stairs all by itself was our room. We were completely away from every other room down the hallways and when we walked in someone left the window open so the room's temperature was literally about 40 degrees as it was about 30 outside. It was freezing. The room has a table and desk crammed up against the wall directly next to the bed with absolutely no space left at all. The room needs updating immensely and our view out of tiny window was of the run down rusty storage units next door. Lovely... will not be back... On the plus side, the staff was very nice and the hotel seemed clean.

I didn't do much while I was there, I only got the opportunity to watch TV, they have great channels.
