Crossland Chicago - Waukegan

the room was small and was not as I expected haveing stayed in extended stays hotels. The condiments aka coffee and sugar were not replentished. there was not any sittingg room other than at the table nad then was only room for one person. I would not choos to stay here again.

We were at Six Flags all day and did not check in until after 11pm. The lady at the desk was nice and checked us in quick. When we got to the room we were really impressed at the size and how clean it was. The next morning, check out was also fast and the clerk was VERY nice nad friendly. Would stay here again!!!!

The manager was very helpful & friendly. Although some of the other staff was not as friendly the manager made up for the others. I never plan on going back to IL but if for some reason I have to I will stay here again. Price was right, Beds were comfortable, Room was clean & did not have a bad odor like others have said. They have a shuttle to the base for graduation. Having kitchen was as well a plus if your looking to save some money on food. My new Sailor got to relax & enjoy some real home cooked food.

I was so pleased. The hotel was clean and convenient. I was so glad I was only about 4 miles from the Great Lakes' facility, and the hotel had a shuttle that I used to go to the graduation. Not only was that convenient, but I also was near restaurants and didn't have any problems at meal times. Staff was helpful, and the facility had just been painted, or so it seemed. I was pleased when I arrived, The hotel was was much better looking than the pictures online. The only problem was a minor odor, like the room had been closed up for a while, but it went away in a short time. I would recommend this hotel to families for graduates, especially if you are traveling in a small group or alone. Thanks for everything!! Mike

There are few issues I had: - Traffic noise from Highway. - Noise from next rooms when people talking loud at night. - No room service during stay.

everything we needed was in our room. the one and only thing that I did not like was the vent fan in the bathroom was rather loud. The price was right. there was plenty of room for our new Sailor to relax and enjoy a long waited "home cooked meal" We would definitely stay again.

This hotel is affiliated w/ a chain of hotels which I have stayed at before & was very pleased so I figured it would be a great experience...NOT AT ALLL... The room was small, the kitchenette was smaller than the bathroom, which was dirty, the room was dirty PERIOD... It was that kind of dirt where one could tell that it wasn't cleaned well the FIRST time. I had to go to a local Walmart & purchase antibacterial wipes. DON'T STAY HERE.... The staff was nice but that's it.

Nice location-close to our friends in North Chicago-for some reason everytime we sign up as two guest-we almost-always get one, small twin bed-we're men-we don't want to sleep together-if you book this place and you need more that 1 bed please ask for it in advance-this is my only fault with this Crossland-rooms are small-check that all the kitchen utilities are there-two of everything: Plates-cups-forks-knives etc... except for 1 pot and 1 skillet.

Great friendly staff

I was somewhat afraid to come here judging on the appearance. But, it looked better once we arrived, the staff was friendly and the room was better than I expected.
