Motel 6 Urbana IL

Stayed only for the night. Nothing to complain about or brag about. Staff was very nice though, it was an inexpensive motel but clean so we were happy for what we got!

I did not enjoy our stay there. The people above us were very load. Floors and walls are thin. Wished the coffee was made before 6am. And there were mice in the hallways. Hopefully the mice didn't come into the room while we slept. Not a great stay!!!

The first room that was given to us was dirty and the shower did not work. the second room was a little better. the cost of this room was very high for what we got.

excellent, got in late and left early. The staff was very helpful.

it started off at check in when a young man was handing the check in clerk a plunger in a plastic bag and was asking for more towels to clean up a mess in his bathroom, then after we registered we went to our room and the smell of cigerette smoke took out breath away, we had ordered and reserved a NON smoking room,my wife has been congested ever since we left that hotel, then at 12.46 am the people in the room got into a fight, the sherrifs office was banging on the door and all in all we were kept awake till 2 am , there was trash in the floor behind the door, when we pulled the covers back the bed looked like someone had already been sleeping in it, I will never stay there again if it was the only room available within 500 miles

This hotel was one of the worst (if not the worst) stays I have had. Room was dirty, sink did not drain, the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke, bed was uncomfortable, etc. Stay away!

After travelling 4 hours with my son, when I went to check in the front desk lady (term used lightly), told me that my cost was going to be 3 times my reserved price. When I questioned her and showed her my reservation (including agreed rate) she told me that the price she gave me was the price I had to pay. She told me she had no authority to change. So, I asked for a Manager or owner and she told me they are not available until monday. She then told me to take it or leave. When I again asked for a manager she said she would not deal with me and she would call the police if I could not accept the new rate, then refuse to talk to me. She finally gave me the manager's number, which ended up being the front desk number when I called from the parking lot. I have never been more humiliated or disrespected. I have travelled 190-200 night a year for the last 14 years and have never been treated this way. I made the mistake of trying a new hotel chain and it burned me.

One of the front desk ladies were AMAZING, other ones were rude Ckeanliness - NASTY, we had to move the bed because I dropped something behind it, there was so much trash behind the bed, I was afraid to touch my phone. AWESOME location!!!!! Bed was so hard, have to take pain pills both days. We asked for more pillows, never got them, so had to go buy some.

no hot water, small room, t.v. didn't work. all around terrible for the money i spent.

This hotel was ok. Clean and simple. A quick stop located close to a lot of local restaurants as there is no breakfast in the morning. Room do have tvs and cable. Relatively loud hallways though. You can hear everyone as they walk past in the halls.
