I stayed at Pheasant Run because a group of us had tickets to see Dominic Zamprogna on 10/15 - we decided to make a weekend of it. My only complaint about the resort is the quality of the TV's.

Pheasant Run Resort
I was pleasantly surprised at the cleaniness of the rooms. I have stayed in many hotels and this was pretty clean. The only problem I had was the key didn't work so well. Other than that no other complaints.

Nice Resort
The Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, Illinois was a nice place to stay. The room was typical, a little larger than most. The bedding was very comfortable, I fell asleep almost as soon as I hit the pillow. The check-in took quite some time, and for a weekend stay, I felt that they should have had more personnel assisting. The hotel has 3 seperate pools, which were very nice. Although the resort is a very family friendly place, my son, who is 12 felt that most activities were geared for children a lot younger. The resort is situated close to the historic downtown area. Geneva is another close-by city that has a lot of charm. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Family Friendly, not really
The Pheasant Run hotel in St. Charles was mostly comfortable. The room was small and anyone could enter the hotel without a key. It was close to shopping and dining. The staff however was not all that accomodating. I was not treated very well.

THere is a large mall a short distance away. Great shopping and also a Target and Walmart near.

My review of Pheasant Run Resort and Spa
The Pheasant Run Resort, for the golfer and business oriented person needing to be in the St. Charles area is a desireable hotel. Most of your needs can be provided right on site.With shopping and an assortment of restaurants whithin a short walk or drive from the Resort. I would highly recommend this Inn to those needing to be in this area of Chicago.

The stay at the resort ...
The stay at the resort was ok. The room was very small, no microwave or mini fridge,which I think would help. It also was not very quiet, you could here every noise from the room above and in the hall.
