The worst stay I ever had in a hotel. Would not recommend.

The worst stay I ever had in a hotel. There was a hockey team that was staying at the hotel, all they did was run and yield in the hallway and setting off the bells on the elevator. When I call the front desk all they wanted to do is move me to a lower floor where I would hear them running over head. The staff did nothing to stop this issue this went on for 2 days. When checking out the hockey team had all the luggage caddy’s tied up while they were eating, when ask the staff to get one free up she told me that she would not ask them to remove their stuff while eating. I would not recommend this hotel if you want some peace and quit. Sorry to see that Hiltons Hotel have lower their standards to this point and have poorly train staff. Do not think the staff will make your stay a nice one. The manger was no help when I talk to him he just stood up for the staff.

Nice Room

The hotel room had everything I needed, comfortable bed, nice flat panel TV, hi-speed internet, refrig, etc. I also attended a conference in the conference center rooms. The conference was good, catering (food) was quite good. The only negative was plugging in laptop computers. Too few plug-ins resulted in cords that were like trip wires

If you like a Chicago italian beef sandwich, Portillos is close by, and a good value

Wonderful experience

Unfortunatly i wasnt there very long but the hotel staff was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was there for a wedding and we had a sit down dinner. I had the salmon. It was FANTASTIC!!! Just an overall good experience. :)

Great room and amenities for price

I had to come in town to take care of some business. I arrived on a Sunday night and was quickly checked into my room which was nice considering I didn't arrive until 10pm. I ended up having to extend my stay for an extra night at the last minute and the front desk was able to accomodate my needs without any complications. My flight home wasn't until 7pm on the day I was leaving and it was great, the hotel let me stay until 5pm and had no problem with such a late check out, they didn't charge me or seem irritated which was awesome because in past experiences late check out means like 2pm at the latest and then they charge you for another night so I was very impressed with this hotel!! Pheasant Run Resort, which is right across the street, owns the Hilton Garden Inn so you have the option to go over there and use all of their amenities which includes super nice pools (one indoor and one indoor/outdoor), restaraunts and cafes, Mario Tricoci Salon, numerous bars, golf, and shopping, so that's great if you have some free time and want to go over there.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Walmart nearby for last minute items as well as food (Subway and grocery store inside the Walmart) Also, Pheasant Run Resort is right across the street with lots of shops and a salon inside.

All's well that ends well!

The first room we were in was just fine. While the second room we were upgraded to was much more spacious, the comforter in both rooms were lumpy. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We would stay there again.
