Nice and Clean
I was attending a class that was held in a near by Hotel that would have cost me double the amount I paid for Fairfield. This is the closest hotel. My room was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were very friendly. I like that there were a lot of stores for shopping near by. The only negative thing was the kids running around making a lot of noise, but once they went to sleep, it was quiet.

reasonably priced hotel
We stayed in this hotel in order to visit family over the holidays so we just wanted a quiet place to sleep. The room was clean and quiet, the breakfast had a good selection of food with some healthy choices. We liked being able to make coffee in our room. We did have some issues, though: the bath towels were woefully inadequate for drying, the reception on four of the TV channels was bad, the maids come barging into the room way before check out time (8:45 a.m). We found this rather annoying as my husband was awakened the first time while the second time he was disturbed while taking a shower.

The hotel is close to the Geneva Commons on Randall Road with its large selection of shops and restaurants. There are several nice grocery stores and a pharmacy nearby.

Perfect location; good price
Great location; near lots of shopping and great restaurants. Very comfortable bed. Although the ice machine on our floor broke down. Good breakfast.

Cozy and Comfortable
Fairfield Inn & Suites Chicago St. Charles was conviently located in the city of St. Charles. I was greeted by friendly staff and the check in process only took a few seconds, after I had been in my room for about a hour the front desk gave a courtesy call to make sure I was happy with my room and if there was anything that I needed. That was the first time I had that occur at any hotel. The room was a standard size and the bathroom was larger than I expected with a vanity large enough for all of my stuff. The hotel is located right across the street from a shopping center with plenty of restaurants and entertainment options. The only negative thing I would say was that the breakfast was a little disorganized, but that could have just been a fluke. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

The St. Charles fairgrounds is only about a mile away and offers many attractions such as the HUGE flea market with over 1000 vendors. There is also an outlet mall about 10 minutes away in Auroa that offers a ton of great shopping at low prices.
