Was Pleasant Stay at dayinn last weekend for me Thank you

stuck in smoking room. Sheets and furniture had cigarette burns.

The person checking me in had VERY little personality, and did not want to be there. The faucets in the bathroom were leaky, but thankfully I only needed the room for sleeping - and it was a comfortable bed. Free wifi in the room was nice too. A good value for the amount paid.

people were nice, let us check in early. Room was on second floor and smelled good. Nothing fancy, we were only there to sleep and leave the next morning. Breakfast not much, but a nice colonial cafe next to it. Good location.

The motel was close to where I needed to be. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was not at the motel much. I was visiting with family.

This hotel needs some work... They don't seem to take care of regular maintenance.. The room stunk. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month... The lampshades were disgusting. We had to ask for a blanket for the bed (wasn't about to sleep under that filthy comfortor), and the desk clerk said they dont have blankets. I already had a blanket on the other bed, so I insisted she go and find one. The maids don't seem to know how to make a bed. The sheets were just basically laid on the top of the bed. We didn't have enough towels even though they knew there were 4 of us. This was a higher priced hotel. If I wanted this slop I would have stayed at a Motel 6.

The staff was friendly. There were no issues pulling up my information. The rates were affordable.

Met our needs

They were non responsive about almost everything and did not clean the room and no towels and lied about me leaving a do not disturb hanger. Everything was dirty and trash cans full and never empty.

Apparently a storm came thru before we got there however we didn't get emenities that were included until Saturday we checked in on Thursday. We were on the top floor and the side door endry the card access didn't work so we had to walk around. The elevator didn't work so we had to climb stairs three stories. (Thank God it wasn't a 10-20 story bld) I had work to do on the internet and couldn't do any of my work for two days. Had to go down the street to another hotel to use internet at which I only had time to check emails, not send any documents.The bathroom (rm 323) Toliet didn't work that I had to go to the maids closet get extra towels and a plunger to temporary fix the toliet. There were holes in the wall where towel holders use to be. There was a place for toliet paper to go but no roller in it to hold the toliet paper.In the sleeping area in the pictures is bugs that are trapped in the actual pictures. I was very disappointed.We are staying at hotels every 2 1/2 weeks for my Son's MLG tour and this is the first time we were very disappointed.[...]
