More 'motel' than 'hotel'!
This is a very dated hotel. It smelled like damp carpet. The bathroom was not dirty but aged badly. The bed was fine but that was about it. Breakfast was the bare minimum that could be offered. I wont be back.

IL BOUND
Best Western Inn of St. Charles
The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants, however I was somewhat disappointed in the room size for the cost. Also, where the female staff was friendly and very helpful, the male clerk at the front desk was not. Very rude and short both in person and on the phone, I tried to avoid him at any cost. Overall, even though Orbitz did allow for a great deal for both hotel and car, the car was great and the hotel was a let down. Will not go back to this hotel again, and my trips to that area are frequent.

Best Western St,. Charles
This hotel needs help. It's looking quite dated and a remodel is in order. The draperies and bed covers were dark red and ornate. They really made the room feel very dark and stale. The coffee maker needed replacing as it took forever to make coffee. My room was not cleaned while I was there. I did not get any type of discount for this as the hotel said I had booked through [...].Suffice it to say: I will NOT be returning to this hotel.

Although this is an older ...
Although this is an older hotel, it is very well kept, and clean. Our room (we had a suite) was very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Downtown area is nice, but there isn't a lot to do in that area. I would suggest either downtown Naperville, or downtown Wheaton. Both are close, with lots of great shops and eateries.

Great location
We were in town for Dance Nationals, the price was very affordable with wonderul breakfast, and pool, and laundry onsite. Numerous stores in area for all your shopping needs.

Great Getaway
My husband ans I especially enjoyed the in room whirlpool bath. The towels made is seem very spa like. The continental breakfast had a varied buffet encluding made to order waffles. Many amenities were included, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. The location gave us access to many restaurants.
