It was obvious they had recently renivated. The problem was that they took out the carpets in the rooms. The floors looked great, but noise from the neigboring room was so bad I had to leave my TV on all night to sleep. The neighbors were not overly loud. it was regular noise: brushing teeth, flushing toilet, talking. almost forgot, the price was not the same as promised it was more

Springfield Motel 6
The Staff was very polite and friendly. There was some construction going on. Wake up call was late by 15 minutes. Charges to use WiFi. There was a severe thunderstorm and the window leaked from the rain.

Great value
After many stays at much more expensive hotels over the years, we found this Motel 6 in Springfield to be a great value. We didn't miss the amenities we got at other hotels and loved the price and cleanliness.

MOTEL 6
The hotel and the room is top notch and very cleaqn and comfortastble. To be competitive I think they should put refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms. Also I think they can charge a few more dollars per night and include free WIFI and a continental breakfast.

It fit my pocket
the price was right
We were a late check in 11:00 pm so we were ready for bed staff was a young man didn't seen to be to happy but he was not rude maybe he was just tried had a nice breakfast right next door you get 10% off your bill when you show you room card.

Great place for dogs
I stayed at this hotel for the yearly dog show at the IL State Farigrounds. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great area to walk dogs outside. The only thing that I would suggest is a trash container and pick-up bags in the location with the huge bolders, might remind folks to pick up after their dogs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Hen House Restaurant close by was a good place for home cooked meals.
