Nice hotel.

This hotel was nice and the free breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, but we were two rooms away from the swimming pool and everytime some small child wanted to go to the pool "SLAM!" We heard the door (which didn't excite me at 8 am on a Sunday morning) Staff was friendly and the desk clerk fixed our door when it wouldn't open one night. Wish the hot tub had been open later, but 11 pm is pretty standard in most hotels....

A great weekend getaway.

The hotel is what I expected for a Hampton Inn. It was clean and friendly. The breakfast area was presented nicely and well stocked at all times.

Nice Hotel

Nice location and good breakfast. Love that the room had a fridge and microwave, nice to have with a family.

Very Nice Stay

We used the pool facilities which were very nice. The continental breakfast was a full breakfast and very good.

Very Friendly

I was at this hotel for a BRIEF stay. I was in Springfield just for the night to pick my son up and head for Chicago to the airport. Due to his early flight I needed to be on the road by 3:00am. The staff was VERY accommodating. Not only did I have two alarms set as well as a wake up call. It was also too early for their normal breakfast. NO PROBLEM. They had a "to go" breakfast at the desk waiting for me upon check-out. Plus they asked if there was anything else I would like to eat such as yogurt. They made fresh coffee for me and headed me on my way a very happy camper indeed! Only reason I gave the hotel a 4 on maintanence - jacuzzi tub bottom in the pool area did not work.

Wonderful restaurant choices just a short drive up the road on Hwy 4 just north of the hotel.

Great service and location

Great service and friendly people. The free hot breakfast was good and kept filled. The pool was cold and crowded,they were always out of towels, and the spa was dirty, but they got someone in to clean it.

Checked out early

I origninally reserved a nonsmoking room for one night. When I checked in I received my key and went to my room. I was immediately hit with the smell of stale cigarette smoke as I opened the door to my room. I then returned to the front desk where they told me there were no non smoking rooms available. Keep in mind my reservation specified a non smoking room. I have very bad allergies and staying in that room would not be an option. After the staff told me there is no other room option available i had to find other arrangements for the night. I think if there is a reservation for a nonsmoking room it should be obliged. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

perfect for professionals

The rooms were comfortably furnished with internet access. Pillows and bedding were comfortable and new. Nice variety for buffet breakfast. Breakfast area kept clean.

Great place to stay

Staff very courteous and helpful. Great complimentary breakfast. Clean & quiet. Probably the only negative was the slow elevators.

Good for Business

A clean facility and good for the business traveler. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Located near a grocery store you can get a healthy treat.
