Extremely comfortable
Four Points by Sheraton accommacated us to a tee. The room was not large, but plenty big enough for me and my husband for overnight. The lounge and dining room were both very well appointed. Our dinner was delicious and very reasonably priced. Being able to park our car for the week and be shuttled to the airport was an extreme ccnvenience! We would definately stary here again in the need arises for us to fly. We will also recommend this hotel to our friends.

Very Business Oriented

Outstanding customer service!
Our stay at the Sheraton Four Points near O'Hare was wonderful. The rooms have been redecorated and were even better than before -- very comfortable, quiet and clean. The food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner, and the staff in all areas of the hotel were courteous, friendly and helpful, and especially the restaurant staff. The location is great for travel in and out of O'Hare, but it is also well situated for exploring other areas both in and close to Chicago. All in all, the stay was exceptional and I will most certainly be staying there again.

If you're tired after a long day of exploring the city and surrounding area, the Mirage Restaurant located in the hotel is a quiet place to enjoy an excellent (and reasonably priced) meal. It's also a good way to start the day with breakfast there.

Easy access to O'Hare Airport; quiet and comfortable room.
This Four Points by Sheraton Hotel was very convenient for our overnight stay between flights. We asked for late check-out and there was no problem with that. The room was spacious and quiet. We appreciated the free wireless service, too. We didn't go to the restaurant, but checked the menu and the prices were very reasonable.

Extremely Accomodating
My husband flew to MN and I spent the day at the Four Points. They allowed me extra time in the room without an extra charge till he returned. They were very accomodating and friendly.

Pleasant O'Hare Hotel
A pair of us flew into O'Hare to spend an evening in the city with friends. This hotel worked out perfectly. They had a shuttle to the airport and trains to the city that ran every 20 minutes. This made travel very easy. The staff were friendly, the hotel room was nice and clean. There was a bar and restaurant in the hotel which was convenient, I did not use the pool or exercise room but they looked fine. Not a complaint, it fulfilled and exceeded my expectations, I would certainly recommend to a friend or fellow traveler.
