was decent hotel for its price
I did not have any problems mostly. Just two tiny issues. Sometimes the room key did not work and they forgot to provide with toothpaste. Brought them for me immediately though. Overall, for its price in Chicago and good shuttle service running 24 hours, it was good experience.

Short drive from hotel
Do not rent a car during weekends. It is 175 dollars, just ride a metro and everything is about walking distance. Plus parking is expensive in Chicago.

ok - semmed more like a 2 star
falling roof in bathroom- looked like DD bra cups hanging. how do you put customers in a room with a problem like this????? they came the next day after my husband showered with celing particles all in the tub. it had obviously been patch on many occasions, as you can tell but the different bands of texture. the ceiling was crumbling again. no tissues in the bathroom, every other day they will give you a bottle of water and the maids want to knock on your door at 8:30 am to come in....this place was old, smelled and falling apart...I wouldnt recommend to anyone for this price

It was ok place to stay the night before a flight
The room was clean, airport shuttle was great, room was update but the shower was for incredibly short people unfortunately.

If you book a car with dollar, first go to the airport make your flight check inn and after that go to deliver the car, Dollar its the most slowed company to return you to the airport

Great Airport Hotel
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet and transportation to and from the airport ran on-time. Would stay there again on my next visit.

Good Inexpensive Middle Ground
We liked the location because it was in between downtown Chicago and another city where we spent a lot of time. Nothing fancy and the surrounding area is not pretty. However the service was very good.

My son graduated from boothcamp, hotel was in the package.
Cleaniness was ok, need to have microwaves and mini fridge in rooms or microwaves on every floor !! Great access off the freeway.
