My Review
This was a business trip and I was only there briefly. It was OK, but nothing outstanding. The elevators and hallways didn't smell very good. Staff was nice, though.

Great Hotel
Bed and pillows were very comfortable. On wall thermostat kept the room at a very comfortable temperatrure. Room was very quiet and laid out well to accomodate a business traveler.

great hotel near the airport
Great place to be if you are going to the airport early in the morning. They run shuttles every 20 minutes 24 hours. Very good and very exact about timing.

Pretty good great location
Great location. It was close to the airport and the rental car area. Also located close to an entertainment district near Rosemont.

Unbeatable location for the price
Actually, there are no any service except a bed. The facilities are low quality. The quality could macth the hotel rate.

It was just OK...
I reserved a room at Four Points because of the location. My husband and I went to a concert at the Allstate. It is about 5-7 minutes down the street. The room was smaller than expected and the hotel was an older building. It was noisier than expected. You can hear the cars passing by and at 3 am our neighboring room had people arguing as loud as can be. We had to call down to the front desk 3 times so that someone could come and quiet them down. In the morning at checkout we spoke to the manager regarding the night and having to call down 3 times and after an hour later finally were able to go back to bed... he was nice enough to give us 2 vouchers for a free breakfast at the Mirage restaurant. All in all it was just an ok hotel. I would look into somewhere else the next time.

OK for the price, nothing extraordinary
At first glance the Hotel seems pretty neat, the only thing that I did not like was the odor of the actual room. It smelled like old carpet and not to mention there was not a fridge or microwave like most descriptions describe it. Its too expensive for what they offer. I think I would've been better of at Howar Johnson not to far from them. There is nothing in the area nor do they have the best breakfast.

Extremely Accomodating
My husband flew to MN and I spent the day at the Four Points. They allowed me extra time in the room without an extra charge till he returned. They were very accomodating and friendly.

Fun wedding and a night away
This hotel is where our friends were having their wedding. Staying here was convenient since the wedding and reception were downstairs in the grand ballroom. Great wedding, great service, friendly and helpful staff and a very, very comfortable bed. We live in the area but it was a wonderful night getaway. The only thing we wish we could have changed was the view...but then again, that's what you get next to O'Hare...
