Hyatt Place Chicago Schaumburg

Hotel is very clean, staff is nice. The complimentry breakfast is OK, NOT ALL THAT, but who cares, it gets you gong til you can head out for some great dinning. Loved the indoor pool. Spacious rooms, a bonus!

Booked this hotel at the last minute and was very pleasantly surprised at the service. The front desk staff were very cordial and accommodating. The room was well appointed and clean. Most of all the place was quiet which is a big plus for me.

We stayed during the holiday weekend with a few of our friends and enjoyed this hotel very much. The staff and accomandations were good. We like the fact that we could still get food service on the holiday weekend when most of the restaurants were closed. The pool and workout room was just the right size. The T. V. in our rooms were huge! My only complaint is that the bathroom was a little small. I had to step all the way in before I could shut the door. All in all not a bad place to spend the weekend.

Great place to relax after a hard day of shopping. Ideal location, walking distance to IKEA and Ram Brewery. Rooms were clean and hotel had an excellent breakfast.

The room was awesome, very spacious. The staff was very helpful and kind. They took time and gave us a tour of the facility. My family and I ended up going to Medevil Times that night and the people at the front desk asked if we enjoyed it and if there was anything at all that we needed. I will be coming back to this hotel, and I keep telling everyone about the great time we had there.

Stayed to be near shopping and the highway. The check in was simple and the staff very courteous and friendly. The lady who checked us in walked us around and showed us everything - very high level of customer service. She made us feel at home. The room was comfortable and clean. I plan to look for other Hyatt Place Hotels next time I travel.

My cousin and I went to Schaumburg for a "girls getaway weekend" The hotel is conveniently located near all major shopping centers, stores and mall. The hotel was super clean which is really important to me. When we got in our first room we smelled smoke really bad (even though it's a smoke free hotel) the front desk staff was awesome about moving us! In fact, they were irritated that someone was smoking in their smoke free hotel. They went up to check out if they could find where the smoke was coming from too. They moved us within minutes and our room was perfect and didn't smell of smoke. I also think the continental breakfast is much nicer and much more organized then other hotels I have visited. I will definitely choose this same hotel every time I come to Schaumburg.

The staff was very friendly, and the room was awesome!! The easy TV hookups (for laptops and other devices) was totally rad. There were some noisy teenagers down the hall from us, but it was New Year's weekend, so it's to be expected IMO. Great warm pool and hot tub. Beds were comfortable, and the room had the most amazing couch. The shower was a bit dated, but nothing else in the room was. The location was very close to the mall and freeways. Overall, a great place! I will definitely be staying here again!
