Smoke smell none smoking room
the room smelled like smoke, I think the kids were playing socker in the room upstairs half the night and the hotel was very hard to find, I could have done a lot better for $70 a night.

Great price, great stay!
The first thing we noticed was the kitchen! Some hotels only have a mini fridge for you to use, but this room had everything but an oven at our disposal. The bed was HUGE, which was a big plus. It was comfortable and was very warm through the whole night. In the morning, we both had really warm showers. Exploring the extremes of the water temperature, we found that it could get much hotter, so we were pleased that each of us could shower without having to have any cold water. Overall, it was a great hotel at a great price :D

Not a very happy camper !
Was a bit dissapointed
Checkin was curteous but when we got into our room it was a mess. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The Manager put us in another room with the so-called stylish decor and they had to come put fresh linens into that one. wasnt' happy at all on this trip. The restaurant Chandlers Was a big hit awesome food being that its on a beautiful golf resort. Would always come to visit that restaurant anytime.

The restaurant Chandlers was a big hit love everything we tasted. We dined out on the deck and viewed a beautiful golf course while we waited for our food. Staff was wonderful. That deserved 5*****!

Hotel addict
decent for the $$
We needed a place to stay for one night and we ended up getting the last room! thank goodness for that! ESA is a great place to stay overall. The only complaint I ever have is that the TV controls are always missing. IDK why!? You get your rest, which is what I always need so it works for me!

ESA, Schaumburg
The room had some issues (windows and refrigerator), but maintenance fixed them. Staff was cooperative to provide early checkin and an extension for my stay.

Time-saving tip:
Short drive from hotel
Feel free to turn right onto the side street when leaving the hotel. The street passes through a neighborhood to go to dining, offices, and the highway westbound.

Very good deal for descent stay
Good quiet place to stay while in Schaumburg. No big amenities in the hotel, but room had fridge, microwave and stove. Night staff was very helpful when I needed things. Hotel carpets / walls / etc were a little "worn" but stay was nice.

Not as bad as the reviews say
No complaints. The room was clean, as were the bed linens. The hotel staff was friendly (to the point where they said hello every time they saw us). Housekeeping in your room is not provided unless you pay an additional $2 charge, but you can easily exchange your towels at the front desk. It is a little hard to find if you're not familiar with the area, as it is not directly on Roselle Road as its address implies.Plenty of parking, nearby to many restaurant chains, although some food can be delivered to the hotel. Also, super close to Medieval Times.
