Country Inn & Suites By Carlson, Schaumburg, IL

This is my second time at this hotel and I continue to be very satasfied. Excellent beds, wonderful & inviting lobby, and great employees make the stay very comfortable

We were visiting family. they were welcomed at the motel as well. We did sight seeing. We enjoyed the outside smoke free sitting are.

Really enjoyed sitting on the "veranda" like front porch visiting with friends. The breakfast was very nice and the decor of the hotel in general was very pleasing. Reminded me of a victorian bed and breakfast. The rooms were ample and very very clean. Nothing was out of order. The front staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone! The staff went "the extra mile" to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The hotel is top-notch clean, and the pool is awesome. The hotel is only a few minutes away from Medieval Times. A special thanks to Luis who helped us through an injury to my youngest son's foot. He took us to the local emergency clinic in the hotel shuttle van, waited as long as needed, and brought us back to the hotel. He delivered cookies and milk to my son after settled back in our room. And thanks to the GM for her kindness & assistance through this injury that we had to experience away from home. The staff truly is awesome! Oh, and I must add, the breakfast is incredible! Lots of hot and cold food. We were stuffed! It's like going to a breakfast buffet. Thanks Country Inn & Suites for making our stay so cool! :)

My experience at this hotel was wonderful. The staff there was very friendly and they serve complimentary cheese and crackers and wine after 5pm and milk and cookies at 9pm (my daughter loved that). The rooms were very clean and cozy and you can tell that they took the time to decorate the hotel to be a very cozy theme. We hated leaving. I've been to this hotel once before and it seems that with each visit, I know we will be getting great service and again, thanks to the staff and the man behind the wine counter for making our visit even that much more wonderful :)

I have stayed in my other competitive hotels. I truly enjoyed my stay at the Country Inn & Suites in Schaumburg, IL. The hotel staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. My room was very clean and in good condition, especially the bathroom. The morning breakfast offered variety, it was plentiful and the food was very good. The location was central to all of my needs and was close to access to the tollway. I certainly will be looking forward to my next stay at this hotel.

Needed an affordable room and got exactly that and the added bonus of cleanliness and all the other great qualities that make you want to come back.

We had an incredible experience at the hotel. Friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and snacks throughout the day, and very child friendly. Luis was the perfect guy to drive us around in the shuttle and took great care of us! It was comfortable, cozy, and we had access to the eating area to heat up our leftover lunch. The only reason I ranked room comfort lower was because there wasn't a lot of floor space to put luggage and bags of five people! Fun! Fun! Fun!

I loved the spacious room and the beauty of the room, but the room was not well insulated from the noise of other rooms. I could hear people walking in the rooms above and around me, better padding under the carpets should correct this problem.
