Great place, great people.
Had a great pool and spa. Area for the kids to play was nice. Very friendly staff. Very eager to help. We stayed at the hotel and then traveled into the city everyday. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Free dinner and breakfast. Very nice!!

Hotel had a storm go through that morning. No Air conditioning No Hot Water No Television No Internet available for printing boarding passes No discount on the inconvenience!!

good airport option
This is a good option near the airport. Free shuttle bus and breakfast and I lucked out for Wednesday's free BBQ dinner. The staff were VERY friendly and outgoing which turned this short stay into a positive experience. Not much to do nearby but perfect for that early morning flight out of ORD.

Very nice hotel, shuttle to the El
We went to spend memorial weekend in Chicago, and found all the hotels were 250 a night and up. Found this hotel away from the city online. We were very happy with our choice. The hotel was very nice, with a full kitchen, which we really didn't need, but was a nice bonus. The pool outside was also very nice. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet everymorning and the free shuttle took us right to the airport, and the driver even took us in and showed us where to board the train to take the EL into the city. It is about a 20 minute ride, not bad at all. It worked out well for us and we would stay there again, for sure!

we got a 3 day pass for the El, only $14 a day each. with the free shuttle from the airport, transportation was cheap and easy.

A splendid Stay
The hotel was very clean and the staff were all very cordial and pleasant. I'll surely recommend this hotel to all my friends going to Chicago. Although quite a distant to the city, it was a pleasure to go back home to, even just for a week.

Great room for a large family
The only bad thing is that a giant ant crawled out of the drain into the bathroom sink. Not sure what the hotel can do about that. The breakfast was great, the staff was great, the price was great, the location to the train and the shuttle availability was great. We were travelling with 3 teens and a baby...plenty of room for a roll away and a crib in addition to the queen bed and hide a bed sofa. Like that the bathroom is divided into two parts so one person can shower while someone else used the mirror. Really close to target and starbucks too...BONUS!!!
