Short drive from hotel
Go to the gas station cause a bottle of normal water on the room is more than 5bucks, so just ask to the man on the shuttle bus

Comfortable hotel
The hotel let me feel very comfortable. The only disadvantage is that it is a little far from downtown.

Chic, not practical
The room was beautifully done, if it was to be in Architectural Digest. The designers did not actually sleep in a similar room before building the one I was in. Recessed lights in ceiling for each side of the bed were too far away. Room lighting inadequate, even with all lights turned on. The bathroom should have stayed in the showroom for people to ogle. Lighting from inadequate light above the sink made putting makeup on well impossible; does not flatter, makes grotesque shadows on face. Sculptured pedestal sink inches away from wall, faucet in wall. When turned on pressure so great it splashed onto sink wall, running to floor. Bedside phone did not work. Requested wake up call from second phone - no call came. I barely made it to my flight on time waking on my own. Restaurant not open until 6 a.m., i.e. no food.

Review by regular traveler
This is a great hotel if you are staying in the Rosemont area or visiting a conference in the area. It is not a good hotel for location if you wish to do much in the city or any other area outside Rosemont for that matter. Public transport is reasonably close though it is limited especially for timeliness to destinations. Should you have a vehicle the traffic in the area is a nightmare even by Chicago standards. The hotel itself is quite pleasant, well appointed rooms, clean, and contemporary. Internet is reasonable at a little over $10 for 24 hours. The were plenty of downsides like the poor service from staff to the view of the parking structure from your 10th level room. Stay here if you have money to burn for access to limited options of course at which are expensive to reach because of the distance. Oh and do try the 11 dollar a bottle water in your room. If you have the money to stay here, don't. Stay in the city instead.

Millennium Park at night. Try and time your visit with a concert in the open auditorium. Just magic.

The shuttle start only at one point on the airport NOT at the internat. Terminal where all the other hotels have a pick-up point ... you must go to T2/3
