Hyatt Rosemont near OHare Intl Airport

Very clean with a big screen tv in the room it felt like home. Bed was big and comfy.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and spacious

My wife and I travleed to visit our son and do a little bicycling. The staff was aware of the area, gave us very good advice on trails and how to get there and gave us a lttle extra time to clean up.

Overall it was a good time. Only real problem was the hotel had a free shuttle which, I was unaware of, it was not obvious when I made my reservation on the website so I paid for a shuttle that I didn't use.

The hotel was clean and the lobby was very nice. There is an unattached garage with free parking. Which was very convent but I had to lug all of my luggage from the garage to the hotel and then up to my room. And to make that little more difficult the garage elevators where not working. But most of the time I didn't have to park to far from the ground floor. The room was clean but the furniture and the carpet where very warn out and felt dirty. I think that is why I gave it such a bad rating. Plus all of the pillows are down pillows and everyone for me went flat and two plows was too much. I didn't sleep very well the five nights I stayed there. And since I stayed there 5 nights I watched TV. And there TV was a big plasma TV. But there satellite was there own "Lognet" service and anytime you turn on the TV it would go to the "order a movie now!" channel. Which drove me nuts! Plus the Hyatt blocks all inputs on this nice TV so I couldn't plug my laptop into the TV to watch my own movies. I don't think I'll ever stay at a Hyatt again. To expensive for the quality of stay I had. The only thing I would say that it gave it a 4 star rating over a 3 star rated hotel was the fact it had a in room mini fridge and lock box.

Professional & Friendly Staff who remembered us from our visit last year. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Free parking with access to their kiosk.

Clean, comfortable, not extra fancy. Extremely convenient to Orthopaedic Learning Center (across parking lot). Free o'hare shuttle every 30 min. Friendly staff, although sometimes hard to find. Coffee maker, fridge, room safe box. Otherwise, no frills. Restaurant very expensive. McDonalds and Giordanno's Pizzeria 2 blocks away

First the cab driver took me to the Hyatt Regency Hotel which was beautiful. The lady at the front desk said that she had me booked at The Hyatt Rosemont which was just down the street. She said that the mix up often happens. I paid for another cab to take me to one of the most desolate, miserable looking hotels I had ever seen. It was clean, but that's really the only nice thing I can say about it.

I think the location is pretty good. Also, Hyatt is a nice hotel chain. The safe, clean and staff are perfect. The price compares to other hotel is more affordable.

the location is perfect, so close to the airport, only the thats missing is the microwave oven so that we can heat our leftover food, so far this is my first trip to chicago.
