A multimillion dollar renovation elevates this O'Hare-area hotel to a new level of luxury. Connected to the Donald E. This Hotel is located in a place were everything is just a short drive to.

Was fine but
the room had a motel like ordinary door. The bathroom doorknob had hit a hole in the bathroom wallpaper. The room had good interiors but it was kind of stuffy with weird shaped room edges. Internet is $ 9.99 for EACH device. That was a loot in my opinion.

Good One-Night Stay
Nice room, decent bathroom but the standing shower was a little small. Service was fine although there was a short line to check in, a little annoying considering I arrived after 11pm.

Nice Hotel, sould stay again.
I was only there overnight, my experience was enjoyable. Friendly, very helpful staff and pleasant shuttle drivers.

Unique Layout
The Hyatt was very nice, and clean. Staff was friendly, and for the most part, stayed out of the way. They let you explore and didn't always ask if I needed help, which I didn't. The room was very spacious with a unique layout, not the typical box. Nice view, big windows and a pretty comfortable bed. If anything, the room was too big for the price! Restaurants were good, courteous and fairly quick. Parking was ample and the downstairs lobby is perfect for waiting for a ride to the airport, big windows and comfortable seating. Note: The aesthetic of the hotel is mostly concrete, mostly modern. If you like a more down-home, country style, this is not the place for you.

Very Nice Hotel
It was great. We were allowed to check in early, our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. In-room safe and mini bar, iron AND ironing board, very comfortable beds. Quiet. Convenient parking. We were very pleased.

Be aware of the horrendous, backed up traffic on the freeways during rush hour. Allow extra time to get pretty much anywhere.

Easy Transportation
The location of the hotel was very convenient for us. It takes only 6-7 minutes to walk from the subway to the hotel. Besides, there is a shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes and it takes only 5-10 minutes to get to the airport. The room was clean. The hotel generally looks luxurious. The price was fair but our package did not include breakfast.
