Great conference trip
The shuttle service is a plus and so close to the airport. The restaurant staff were so accommodating. The rooms are luxurious and the gym and pool were great. One comment is that the rooms did not have free internet.

Nice but...
I stayed here so that I could get to the airport early for a flight. I chose it because of the good reviews and proximity to the airport. The room was nice and it had nice common areas. However, what is not mentioned is that parking is a whopping 18 dollars per day no matter how long you'll be at the hotel. I proceeded to tell the lady at the front desk that I'd only need parking for about 8 hours as I'd be leaving early and she still made me pay. It seems to me that if they want to make thief customers happy that they'd include the price of parking in the room rate. I won't be staying at this hotel again.

Great hotel for access to stephens convention center
was great!! Has skyway for easy access to convention center,only downside is it's a little drive to downtown nite life but not too bad.

Fantastic Upscale Service
I just stayed for 2 nights for a convention at the Donald E Stephens Convention Center. No restaurant, just a cafe and bar and room service. Food at cafe was pricey but not unrealistic. Hotel service was impressive, will definitely stay here again if I am ever in Chicago on business, but please plan early in order to get the best deal(s).

07 06 11 Hilton O'Hare Rosemont, Review
There for 2 day business meetings. Overall, the stay was in my top 5 Hilton experiences. The staff at each 'touch point' (registration, room service, meeting coordinator) was terrific. My only issue was that my non-smoking room HAD been smoked in previously. I could still smell the smoke on all of my things when I returned home and unpacked. A shame. But, the PEOPLE at this Hilton, formerly Sofitel, were professionals. Wonderful.
