Front desk, Rude. Place was old and dirty. Fuse blew because two blow dryers were going? Good thing i didnt have a bridal party getting ready for a wedding. Charge me 15 days later $46 for what im not sure, but at this point, im too irritated to even bother calling them. Worst hotel in Rosemont. Dont waste your money on staying there.

Chicago Trip
Very nice rooms for the money. $25 charge to park your own vehicle in a garage across the street seemed excessive to me. Complimentary breakfast was good. 3 block walk from nearest train station to go into downtown Chicago.

Great Chicago Experience
We visited Chicago for the weekend, and wanted a well-rounded experience for our 16 year old. We drove to Chicago and chose the O'Hare location, so that we could easily take the "L" downtown, which worked perfectly! The hotel is just a couple blocks from the transit, and the Blue Line brings you right into the heart of downtown Chicago. Loved the breakfast each morning.

We absolutely loved the "Architecture Cruise" from Navy Pier that takes you into the heart of downtown via the waterways - excellent way to view the incredible buildings and learn a lot of chicago history.

weekend getaway
The hotel is fine if you are on business. We had a room with a conference table and that wasn't a need for us. I would rather have had a sitting room. There isn't anything spectacular about the decor of the room that makes it feel warm and inviting. However, if you are there for business than the lay out of the room is pefect and the conference table provides plenty of seating visitors.

Long walk from hotel
I would suggest parking your car and taking public transportation. We went to Chicago everyday and there wasn't enough time in the day to see everything. I would suggest doing a bus, trolly, etc tour. Try all of the food that Chicago is known for. Deep dish pizza, chicago style hot dog etc. Everywhere we ate the food was delicious.

Great Hotel
Great Hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. The breakfast and happy hour were excellent. Have been to Rosemont several times over the years and this is the best hotel of the ones we stayed in from the last several trips.

excellent
We have stayed in the Rosemont area on several occasions but never used the Embassy before. Now that we have stayed there we will never stay anywhere else again. The staff was courteous, respectful, and very helpful. Rooms were very clean and the personnel was kind. The hotel had everything we needed and more. It was close to everywhere we had to go plus it had shuttle service to everywhere we wanted to go. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful, too.

non-smoking room-cigarette odor
This hotel locates at the convenient location considering the conference and public transportation. Free breakfast buffet was good and staffs are friendly and try to help. The issue to my room was "cigarette odor" in the non-smoking room. Wish they provide free internet access at the room even though I could access to the internet at the business center. If two issues are resolved, they can be my best choice. If you want something to do other than business after hours, you need to go to downtown. I used "L" train (blue line) to go to downtown (40 minutes). Will check how improved because I have a plan to come back in Chicago with more people in the near future.

Good hotel, can be noisy
Great free breakfast, nice evening cocktail reception. Comfortable amenities, all rooms are suites, which would be nice with if traveling with kids. Good workout room/pool with no extra fee. Wifi works fine, but not free. Only complaint was a loud wedding reception that lasted til midnight on a Friday night, far too loud in my room on the 2nd floor. If traveling over a weekend and you like to be in bed at a decent hour, request a higher floor. They moved me when I complained, but it's a hassle to do.
