Very nice
rooms were clean and spacious. Good service from the employees. Disappointed that in room internet was not free but did provide free internet on concierge level. Added bonus was Gibson's attached to hotel lobby. Best Steak EVER!

Gibson's Steck House is just outside the front door. If you like high quality dining; especially stecks, go there.

easy t get from airport
use free shuttle to and from ohare airport which goes every 30 minutes.

Great place to stay between the flights!
Everything was excellent. One thing only I would improve- the hotel shuttle was all packed on both ways, there was not enough room in it for luggage, no seats available....and since I was exhausted after 10-hour flight from Europe I had to take a cab, but it was only 10 bucks, so it wasn't too bad at all. But the room was luxurious and the rate was great so all in all i am very happy and will stay at this hotel again next time i travel. Thank you very much!

lovin' Chicago
Nice hotel, great price
Comfortable room. Warm cookies on check-in. Free wi-fi in lobby only. Not much in Rosemont other than hotels and conference centers. We went downtown to eat and have fun. Nice clean hotel for a good price. We were disappointed to pay $13 extra to park in the parking deck, but it was convenient.
