Solitude by the airport
Transitioning from vacation to reality this hotel helped us to spend our last night away in comfort and luxury. Even close to the airport there was little outside noise. Breakfast came exactly on time and the staff was courteous and efficient. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The Crowne Plaza's reputation continues to be strong with us.

Good location with very friendly staff
The hotel is conveniently located next to the airport and the metro station. My room was very cozy. I was quite impressed with the colors of the bathroom and the beautiful low shelf where they had placed several rolled towels of different sizes. The staff was very friendly and took their time to talk to you and establish rapport beyond the check-in, check-out exchange.

$23 Per Day Parking!!! Ridiculous!!!
We stayed here for our vacation in Chicago. The room was clean and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was friendly. The inhouse restaurant was affordable with a very freindly staff. On the other hand we had no idea on the parking fee of $23 per day. When asked if it could be waived since we were staying for an entire week, I was told, very rudely, the other option was to park in the next door public parking lot at $13 per day. It was an average stay, but would not recommend because of the ridiculous parking fee for hotel guest.

Crowne Plaza O'Hare Review
The room was very stylish, with comfortable furniture, great TV, good work area, and great bathroom. The dining room had a great breakfast buffet, too. And, I never had to wait more than a few seconds for an elevator. I will stay there again, when in the area!
