Beautiful weekend

roomy, nice and clean for a great price
The check in process was very speedy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and we loved having a refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was clean and very comfortable. Minus one star because the room heater was loud. The room service meal was prompt but the food was very salty. But this place rocks considering the price for such a roomy place with two tvs... and the airport shuttle service is a plus.

Beware of false advertisement
In the listing it is said parking is included, which it's not! Parking Is $24 a day. Also if you choose with breakfast option and you book more then 2 people in your room only 2 people are cover otherwise its $20 for mediocre buffet. After all the little "hidden cost" the room was nice, and the bed was extra soft and comfy. Also if you request a second bed good luck since its not guaranteed you are most likely not going to get it.

Awesome Diggs
We were in Chicago for Lollapalooza, and we could not have picked a better hotel. Sure, it wasn't close to Grant Park, but there is a Blue Line CTA right next to the hotel (about a 5 min walk tops). And that takes you right to Downtown/Loop area. The room was really nice and the sheets weren't scratchy. The Shuttle service to and from the Airport was excellent, as was the rest of staff at the hotel. Room service was a little pricey, but that's pretty much the story at any hotel. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

CTA - Blue line is a 5 min. walk from the hotel. Don't bother renting a Car unless you're heading outside of the metropolis.

Buyer beware
Be careful about claims this hotel makes about its amenities. The in-room internet was the unreasonable price of $15 a day. The hotel hot tub did not work (the water was always tepid) and the desk staff was indifferent to requests to fix this. The airport shuttle was shared with another hotel and was already full upon arriving at our hotel.

Great Hotel
Hotel was great. The king suite was modernized and very chic. Marble counter tops, separate shower and bath, plenty of room, desk, two TVs, iPhone clock and very comfortable bed. It really was a great place to stay especially for the price. We did not take advantage of the amenities as we spent the majority of the time in Chicago for a wedding (and fun). The hotel is only about a five minute walk from the "L"'s Rosemont Station which made it very easy to get downtown. Staff were very friendly as well. Will definitely stay here next time we travel into O'Hare.

Don't bother renting a car if you are going to spend most of your time in the Loop or any place accessible by the "L". $14 three-day CTA pass is everything you need to get around Chicago unless you have very specific needs for a car or cab.

Beautiful Room
The Room was very nice, but the rest of the hotel was ok. Perfect for business. Good location. Easy train access to downtown and easy interstate access. Would stay again.

Great Business Location
