BEST WESTERN at O'Hare

The hotel is ideally located for working at the O'Hare airport. The hotel personnel were all very friendly and were always willing to assist with any queries. The room was suitably furnished with a large double bed, desk and chair and two additional chairs. Hot water was always available even in the early hours, especially suited for anyone working nights at the airport. The hotel provided free wireless which at times was a bit slow (due the number of guests logged in to the network). However, in the early hours the network speed increased. Overall my impression of the hotel was very favourable and I will most certainly make arrangements to stay at this hotel on my next visit to O'Hare Airport. One last suggestion, if the guest does not have a car (an overseas visitor), then hiring a car (car hire walking distance from the hotel) is essential.

Lovely room. Very near airport but nothing else around except more hotels. Shuttle service provided on the half hour.

An adequate place, close to the airport, to crash after a very long day of flying. Restaurant food and service so-so.

The carpet inside the room looked unvaccumed and unshampooed. On the second night , our doorkeys would not allow us entry into the room...had to go to the front desk to have the keys re-activated...was late at night.

We attended a concert downtown Chicago and did not wish to travel so late at night. This room was not too far away and provided us with a very comfortable stay for the short time. Very nice and clean and quiet (which was amazing as it is very close to the airport).

My husband and I arrived to Chicago Ohare Airport on a midnight flight. Since the rental car place was not open at that time, we decided to stay at the Best Western Hotel to sleep until the morning. The beds were so comfortable and the room furniture was a beautiful. This was our 1st time staying at a Best Western Hotel and we will definately return to stay with them again.

Nice service, nice employee but very little bathroom and very poor amenities in it.

Hotel is undergoing extensive remodeling and that the restaurant was closed during remodel. There were fans going in the hallways because it seems things got wet somehow and there was a musty odor. Location was proximate to the airport and car rental return, check-in was quick, and they had a computer in the lobby for on-line check in and printing of boarding passes.

None of the equipment in the gym worked, the carpet in the room was stained and the breakfast was just donuts and a single serve coffee machine, which had a long line in front of it.

The Best Western O'hare is as close as you can get to O'hare airport, there is a nearby restaurant/bar walking distance which is very convinient. I forgot an item in the room, and they kept it for 5 days at the front desk, so service isn't so bad. But, nothing else. The price for the room was way over-priced for what I got. I would expect a little more cleaner/nicer room if I paid that much. I felt like I got a 1.5 star hotel room.
